GGuest UserSo happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW
Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group
Well done “The Grand”
SSue WhiteleyLovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future
SShauno192To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming.
Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite.
All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area.
Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up.
I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax
SSaurabh0303My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm.
The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious.
Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable.
Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.
GGuest UserWe had a really amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and sea facing windows with spectacular view. Was so peaceful.Top location almost everything was at walking distance, great view, stores nearby for shopping and food, bus stations are on walking distance Overall really good experience. One thing to be noted that the name has changed for this hotel. Actual name is ''The Seafront Hotel''. Toilet might not be suitable for fat people for this room as is was too small and congested.
GGuest UserExternal of hotel was covered with scaffolding and the main entrance closed - a disappointing start! The sea-facing room we'd reserved was in need of decoration and maintenance. Floorboards squeaked and moved; carpets on the stairs to the bedrooms were in very worn and needed replacement; the bathroom needed updating and the window in the bedroom was in a really poor state. Meals were, however, of good quality. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast. Dinner in both the main restaurant and the bar restaurant was also of good quality.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.
SSueWe thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Bull Hotel on the 12th August 2025. We were lucky with the weather and sat outside for drinks and food in the lovely outdoor area. It has been very well designed. We enjoyed our food although oufc1st choices were not available. Our little dog was made very welcome. The room was really nicely decorated and furnished with lovely extra touches. We had a really good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. In fact, we returned on our return journey and enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner outside in the garden. Would definitely recommend.
港港女亂遊We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect; it takes just a few steps to walk right onto the beach. Although the hotel doesn't face the beach directly, we were pleasantly surprised that we could still catch a lovely glimpse of the sea from our room.
We stayed in a triple room, and it was incredibly spacious with plenty of moving space for everyone. It came with all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, functional, and well-maintained.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
AAugusto De MirandaWe had a wonderful stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing family break.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The facilities were great and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.
