Very Good
CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.
GGuest UserLocation - amazing place. We could see a sea and beautiful view on the city. We had some trouble with check-in, it was delayed more than 1 hours.
Also we had unfinished cleaning - dirty towels, garbage in the bucket.
But in general it was OK. All our troubles was resolved by room service. We had all necessities in our room - dishes, table, wi-fi and air conditioner with heating function.
GGuest UserThe view was absolutely stunning! I got incredibly lucky to be on the top floor, but there were some issues. The electricity was unreliable, with frequent power cuts, and hot water was practically nonexistent. In four days, my room was only cleaned once. The elevators were a nightmare – only half of them were working, and the wait times were insane, especially during check-in. I waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator! Honestly, despite all the downsides, I still enjoyed my stay, all thanks to that amazing view.
GGuest UserThe hotel is wonderful. The grounds and building are aesthetically beautiful. We had a triple room with a fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. The hotel offered us breakfast, and it was excellent and varied. My youngest child is a picky eater, and they would ask her what she wanted and prepare it according to her wishes. The hotel's location is excellent, situated between the city center and the botanical garden. It's 5 Lari (150 rubles) by taxi to the center, and 5 Lari to the botanical garden, next to which there's a pristine beach with few people. On the beach, a sun lounger costs 5 Lari and an umbrella 10 Lari for the whole day. The water was like warm milk. There are restaurants nearby, and close to the hotel itself, you'll find a Spar supermarket and a pharmacy. Everything is conveniently located. The hotel also has a small pool. On our last day, before our train, we didn't go to the sea, and the kids had fun in the pool instead. In short, I recommend it... It's a quiet, peaceful area, and the sea is only 300 meters away. A superb place. The hotel is new, everything is spotless, and the hosts are hospitable. The bed linen was so new and clean it practically crackled. Check-in time was 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and were checked in without any problems. Check-out time was 12 PM, but our train wasn't until 4:40 PM. We were allowed to stay until 3:30 PM. Thank you!
MMenPelmenI visited during the off-season in December. This place is essentially a concrete jungle, unlike anything I've ever seen. I can't imagine what it's like during peak season, but I was lucky.
I encountered several issues:
- The administrator didn't send me check-in information the day before arrival, as agreed.
- My room didn't have an AC remote, and without it, the room was very cold. Plus, it was dusty, but the admin offered to switch my room.
- In the new room, the balcony door didn't close properly, leading to noise and cold. Also, the internet, which I needed for work video conferences, wasn't working well. So, I had to go back to the old room.
- My key stopped opening the room on the second day, forcing me to wait in a long line at reception at an inconvenient time.
- The shower gel provided is a hair killer. No shampoo is given, so it's better to buy your own.
However, all these issues were mitigated by the price and the fact that the administrator was always reachable. Overall, it was comfortable to stay in the room.
NNATAMIKIThe location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!
GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
GGuest UserModern and very clean building.
Meticulously clean.
Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building.
However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
AAnonymous UserA wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view of Batumi. Responsive staff who are always ready to help. Good location - close to agrohub and many attractions. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10
