A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted) The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊 Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool. I think turning on the heating will solve these problems. 10 minutes walk to the center Overall - I recommend it!

Extremely convenient location. The house is situated on a quiet street and set back in a courtyard. The hosts speak English and Russian. Mamuka sent us a lot of recommendations for places to see and suggested a restaurant (which was quite good, I must say). Check-in was comfortable. As for the downsides: the only thing was that there was quite a bit of noise transfer between the bathroom and the bedroom. But overall, it wasn't a problem. And the price was very pleasant indeed. The room was beautifully decorated with a painting on the wall. There were bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. Tea and coffee were also provided. Everything was so thoughtful! The most hospitality place in our trip to Georgia! Beautiful responsive hosts. The hotel is in a quiet place, from the center of Kutaisi relatively close, but it is necessary to climb the hill. There is a kitchen, a hall on the first floor, a cozy terrace on the third with a stunning view to the mountains. The hotel itself resembles a guest house, everything is made with a soul: interesting interior, personal library. All issues were resolved quickly, also a transfer was offered to the surrounding Kutaisi. Of the shortcomings: we didn't have enough equipment in the bathroom, it would be great to install a more sustainable shelf for showers and the pores in the showers (the water streamed and was quite slippery); to provide a fan, although it can be asked on its own. Laundry services were also available. Hotel wishes prosperity!

The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good.
