I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area.
Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.
the room size is good, just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good, took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come.
the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana.
the breakfast was not as we expected, too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious.
the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!.
the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter.
overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.
Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good
This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and friendly service, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are clean, although a bit small, but the facilities are complete. The location is also strategic, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. The only drawback may be the price is a bit expensive compared to the facilities offered. But, overall, the experience of staying was satisfying.
The accommodations were satisfactory for a three-star hotel. The flooring consisted of a luxurious wool carpet, and the room's décor was tasteful. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
It's worth it for the cheap price, satisfactory facilities, for breakfast, it's also delicious. At first I was afraid of the other reviews turned out to be able to come again.

Good
Ameera is a great hotel budget. Breakfast was nice. Minus no view and the vibes is dark.
A beautiful hotel with attentive staffs but slow service. Hotel environment is beautiful and rooms were old fashioned but nice. Breakfast is good. Will come back support again.
Just had a pleasant stay at Dafam Hotel in Pekanbaru, Indonesia for 6 days. One of the things I loved most was the spacious room; plenty of space to move around and relax. The wide window gave me a stunning view of the city, including a clear shot of the iconic bridge, with no tall buildings blocking the view. It felt open and peaceful. The location is super convenient; just across the road there’s an Indomaret for all your quick needs, and I found a few coffee shops nearby serving really good brews (yes, coffee lovers, you’ll be happy here). On top of that, the hotel staff were wonderful; always helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. Overall, Dafam Hotel offered a comfortable, scenic, and convenient stay. Would definitely come back to Dafam Pekanbaru
We stayed in this hotel for about 1 week, very nice staff, very nice hotel to stay in and very nice food. The hotel is very close to airport and the area is very good for few days to a week stay.
It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.
Located near a scenic riverside, this cafe offers a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle. The outdoor terrace provides stunning views, making it a perfect place for sunset coffee sessions. Inside, the design is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and rustic decor. The calm setting makes it an ideal place to relax with a book, have quiet conversations, or simply enjoy nature. The area is peaceful yet close enough to shops and public spaces for convenience. It’s a rare find that combines accessibility with a sense of retreat, making it a popular spot for locals and travelers alike.
Overall nice Hotel was very busy on day of arrival as delegates from Indonesia having confrence same day as us Clean room gd service food was gd Highly recommended
