The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly.
Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing.
But overall, it's good

Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

Yesterday I was praised for being good, when I posted that I was having breakfast, when I stayed for the 2nd time I got a slightly disappointing room, in the first room the TV channels were complete, when I booked the 2nd room I moved to only a few TV channels, then in the first room the hot water worked, when I stayed here for the 2nd time the hot water didn't and didn't work until my child got cold when taking a bath, and it was the rainy season. Even though the room type is the same, I got the first room price cheaper on this application. So far the hotel is worth it with that price. Compared to other hotels, I plan to come back to this hotel again tomorrow if I go to PKU again, because there are lots of food around and it is close to the Ramayana shopping center, I just want to give that input, pay attention to the last room so that it will be better in the future. So far the others are good.

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in.
Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby
The room rain shower head is good pressure...
The air-con is cooling...
Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely.
Location away from airport around 6km.
Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore
Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.
