Seaside hotel, as its name suggests, it is very close to the seaside in a straight line 100 meters. The room is mainly blue, more casual. No desk, not suitable for business people ๐ญ
The front desk service is very friendly, breakfast is on the first floor, there are not many choices, but the lobby is not bad for hot coffee 24 hours.

Very good value for the price, lgbtq friendly, well located nearby the beach. My first room was a bit funny with this round bed but then I changed to a more normal one, bright and comfortable

The good: Nice and clean room, good location .
The bad : air-conditioning not working, awful noise from the streets, miserable elevator, we had to go to another hotel for breakfast...
In short, the boutique hotel is not as it shown and described at the website.

1. Location. To the sea 100 meters. In the building opposite McDonalds and a nice American burger that works on the sabbath, which is important. To that Dizenhof center ten minutes walk in a rush.
2. Cleanness. Cleaning well.
3. No shoes, no shoes are issued, but there is a fan and cosmetic belongings (no shaving belongings). They issue beach towels on request, but I have not used.
4. No breakfast, but you can buy a breakfast voucher (70 shek per person) in a nearby hotel (in twenty meters). Breakfast is not to say that chic, but not bad, there is all the main thing: coffee, juice, baking, a little vegetables, salads, eggs in any form, some milk products such as soft twigs.
In general, the hotel is good for those who have come on business and for beach recreation.
Walking distance to market with great Restaurants bars and clubs. In the day it is quite crowded street but extremely quiet and private at night . Room are very spacious and internet is excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good, just in Dizengoff Square, the city center; the hotel was transformed by a movie theater, so it is also full of the characteristics of the movie theater, the lamps and lanterns are all decorated in the movie theater; the service is very good; small.

GGuest UserVery new hotel/ hostel with cool design! The reception is great ! What's more, the celebration on Hanukkah in the evening with desserts and candlelight is fun :)
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Tel Aviv's Old Town, a very convenient location. The rooms are rather small, but the complimentary breakfast in the morning is a pleasant surprise, featuring smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, and more. You can even make your own fresh orange juice, which is highly commendable!
GGuest UserThe hotelโs location is fantastic, right by the sea with direct access to the beach, which was a great plus. The food was excellent as well. The rooms were fairly clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the reservation โ an overcharge due to a registration error. While the booking site was helpful and courteous, the hotel itself was unwilling to address the mistake or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and amenities were impressive, the management's handling of the billing issue was disappointing.
AAvi Rose,This hotel is part of the LOGINN hotel network and one of the good ones. The location in Ben Yehuda st. 180m from the beach is nice, however please notice the street is under endless renovations affecting both the road and the pavement, for example quite difficult to get a taxi to the exact address.
Parking on the street is almost impossible, if you're traveling with a car, please store your car in one of the nearby parking garages - can be 100 NIS per day.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was spotless and in a good conditon
GGuest UserThe accommodation has wooden floors and is decorated in cream and brown tones. It's near a convenience store and has key card access to the building, making it secure. The bathroom experiences a bit of splashing when showering, and there's no heater. Overall, it's good. If you book and pay in cash in advance, there's no deposit required ๐
GGuest UserSo thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your room. I would go back there on my next trip which I hope will be soon.
AAvi RosePerfect location for me, no car needed in any case you won't find parking around and the roads around it are always blocked. Rooms had been recently refurbished and numbered in a way which makes sense.
Be aware there is no reception, for me it's a plus:) though an elevator exists, not all rooms/floors are fully accessible - so if you need full accessibility make sure you tell them before hand so you'll get the appropriate room.
GGuest UserBreakfast is ok, can add an extra bed. The hotel is located opposite the US Embassy branch near the beach and a 20-minute bus ride to the city.
GGuest UserIt was all wonderful! Reception desk with amazing service - Russian young lady and a guy that stays late at night are above and beyond. Breakfast at my last day wasn't great - missing items, attendant is a bit rude/crisp... but aside from that, all good. It's petit/boutique style, comfortable, great shower!
