GGuest UserAll and all we were not impressed. A Fawlty Towers gone to seed, or perhaps to sleep in the off season.
Positives: a good city view in our second room, and the room was a good size. Hallways and stairs were mopped every day. Staff was friendly. A nearby cafe frequented by visiting monks provided good meals at a moderate price.
Negatives:
Wifi did not work in our first assigned room/ floor, had to ask for toilet paper snd soap in both rooms, the sheets in first room had holes and were stained but we were then moved to another room/ floor for working wifi. Floor hadnt been cleaned in the second room and doubtful sheets had been changed. We also had no hot water the first day though manager assured us it would be fixed- it wasnt until next day when we complained again (complaining meant walking down to reception as the phones were not connected!) We requested the room be cleaned but it wasn't- the mgr forgetting we had asked … This was the ongoing pattern. Oh- the hotel restaurant was not operating, but given the overall slapdash standard of almost everything else, this was probably just ss well!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at kripanidhi retreat rajgir! the food was excellent - fresh and delicious. The mountain views were a real treat. While room service could be a bit faster, overall i highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserQuality wise it is a good apartment for stay, away from direct main road, so the vehicle disturbance is almost zero. The behavior of the owner is well good. A bathtub is available in bathroom. Two to three car parking is available. Fooding arrangements and mahabodhi temple is within 2-3km and e-riksha is available till 10pm.

GGuest UserComfortable and luxurious stay. Clean and well maintained. Good service. Prime and proper location, close to all the tourist spots. Though the food is quite expensive and lastly the hotel parking space is quite limited and lacks a proper space. Otherwise the hotel management and staff are quite cooperative and helpful.

AAIDYSManager help me with e-Visa. Photos of the hotel in their album are satisfied. For airport transfer and city visit they can call taxi or can provide service with tuk tuk or motorbike.

GGuest UserThe hotel is small, but clean enough. if you are on a transit to some other place and just wanna spend a day or night before heading elsewhere, you may actually consider this. the bathroom is clean, which is always my first priority while selecting a place to stay outside. But mind it that it's small. The hotel must consider keeping cleaner and more presentable buckets and mugs in the bathroom. The hotel should have kept some glasses, a kettle, and a simple arrangement of self made tea and coffee for the guests in the rooms. Interestingly, the hotel has a restaurant that's a franchisee of Kapil Dev restaurant. so the eating area is actually good and the food is also okay.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, spacious and well-arranged. Housekeeping was too good. An ample amount of amenities were provided in the room. Room services were quick and the staff were polite and helpful. I had quite a good experience.
