The location is very close to the terminal 3 airport and easily accessible. All the amenities provided were really good. Staff is very friendly and responsive.
Airport Pick Up and Drop Service provided for INR 1400 (hotel asked to share, so that other guest also know the price) , Price was reasonable for the service

Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway)
We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Delhi..

It's not far from the train station, but the chaotic traffic makes walking quite difficult. I initially stayed in an inner room but later switched to one facing outwards. It was great to have a window and a spacious room, but it was incredibly noisy. You could hear horns blaring non-stop, 24 hours a day, so earplugs are absolutely essential. On rainy days, water would seep in under the door, and flying insects got through the gaps. Flying insects kept landing on the bed, and eventually, I just gave up. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly, so I might consider staying here again if I return to Delhi.

Had 2 nights stay in this hotel. I Booked in advanced deluxe room at the 3d floor (according to the booking). On photos it showed that it have windows and bigger room.
But when i arrived to the hotel staff gave me the key from the room at the 1 st floor and said that tbat was a deluxe. I saw that too many guests stayed in the hotek so it srems to mee tbat they had overbooking and gave me a worse room.
No any questions about the cleaning but no one suggested me another room

SsliceoflifeHotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

LLee FaithLocation is good for transit. Free airport pick up / drop off is a big plus for transit passenger like me. Value for money . Clean. Staff are very pleasant , helpful and attentive!
But I receive call from reception at 2.30am to arrange for the drop off ?????🤦🏻♀️. May be he called the wrong room , should check properly to avoid disturb the guests .

GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

GGuest UserIt's my first time ever leaving a review on something, and I am glad to do it for the Hotel Delhi Aerocity because, even though I had just a night there at the beginning of my trip, the staff went above and beyond to make everything work for me! As a female solo traveler I felt safe from the start, increasingly comfortable, and very well taken of by each one of the very kind and professional staff at the hotel - and no paternalism involved! I could choose between two rooms, both perfectly tidy and clean: wifi worked all *****, hot water came immedialy. Dinner and breakfast had plenty of veggie options, and were mind-blowing delicious! Plus, when the driver booked by my following destination didn't show up, they helped me call them and re-arrange another transfer very quickly and with no drama.
If you come from the airport, do provide your driver with the video of the directions they'll send you upon booking: the place is on the left about 300mt after the Radisson Blu. There are a couple of hotels with similar names (like adding ”Inn” at the end) on the same road before getting there: keep going! Also - but this is a general tip for travelers - bring earplugs because planes keep departing and landing until late, and the road nearby is quite busy. Have a good stay!
