Overall are good except when I and my friends enter room when check in. I have 4.rooms & all room facing room not completely clean.
1. Stain on bed sheet.
2. Stain on pillow.
Call to HK to change & please make sure a small thing may effect customer trust.
Thank you...Room 371 (23-25 Nov. 2025)
We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip.
Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also.
After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously?
Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.
It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.
Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but ***ageable.
Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.
This hotel is really good. By Indian standards, it's absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean: the bed linen, the towels. The furniture and plumbing were in good condition, and everything worked perfectly. The location is convenient, very close to a metro station, and you can walk to the most beautiful Victorian-era buildings. The staff are very attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. For breakfast, they prepared omelets, fried eggs, various pastries, and local dishes – in short, you could get a very satisfying meal.
We weren't entirely lucky with our room (410, on the first floor of the building next to the main one): it had no window and was very humid, so sleeping on a damp bed wasn't very pleasant. We'd wake up in complete darkness even when the sun was shining brightly outside. Also, right next to our door, something was making a lot of noise in the evenings, like a washing machine or some kind of pump. And overall, we could hear conversations, mobile phone calls, etc., very clearly from outside the door. We didn't discover all these drawbacks right away, so we decided not to ask for another room, as we really didn't want to move our things back and forth. But to future guests, I'd like to recommend: if they give you room 410, it's best to immediately ask to be moved somewhere else.
The hotel buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay.
The Comfort rooms were renovated a long time ago, and shows signs of being dated (ex. the wallpaper peeling off, or mildew around the shower). Staff and the service was generally excellent. Construction/renovations meant there sometimes was noise to wake you in the morning. The pool looked like no one has used it in years.
Extremely delighted of my Stay with IHG-Holiday Express (Hinjewadi). Customer friendly staff, always smiling and welcoming. Special thanks to Vineet, who facilitated early checking, comfortable stay and delightful interaction - making sure that IHG care with a smile. a BIG thank you.

The hotel, situated behind Taj Mahal Palace, is convenient for exploring Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway and the colonial district. The impressive CSMVS Museum (formerly known as Prince of Wales Museum of Western India) and Vidhan Bhavan metro station (with metro service to/from Mumbai airport) is within 15 minute walking distance. Thanks to Gateway of India, the area around the hotel has very heavy traffic in the afternoon and evening. (If taking a cab to the hotel in the afternoon or evening, you may be stuck in traffic for a long time.) My room is on the 2nd floor and there was quite of lot of traffic noises from the streets. Thankfully the traffic noises died down by 11pm/midnight and the area remained quiet till the morning. My room was clean and comfortable, with decent wifi and complimentary morning newspapers. Electrical sockets in the room accept India 3 round pins, UK 3 square pins, EU 2 rounds pin, etc. Breakfast (available from 7am to 10am) has a small selection of Indian and English items. Staffs that I encountered were polite and efficient. There is a lift/elevator but it's very small (with room for only 2-3 people) so I took the stairs most of the time. My only complaint is that my room was very close to the housekeeping room and the phone in the housekeeping room rang frequently. (Once the phone rang at 4am and nobody picked up.) Nevertheless my stay was generally pleasant, due to the very convenient location.
GGuest Userfront office was very helpful, done arrangements for my travel to drop me @ station from hotel, as I was with my little once. But cleaning should be improve when we check in bedding was very dirty in occupancy room. Room TV was not working, bathroom was very stinky.
GGuest UserActually it was really bad experience, I booked it for my friend, it was dirty, with cockroaches and hair all over .my friend made a deal with them about the refund, it supposed to go to my account as i paid for that , amd they never did . Not recommend to stay there . I know 200$ it’s a lot for someone in India , but hell , do what you promised!!!
Great stay! Can easily walk over to the Kala Ghoda district, Gateway of India, Colaba Shopping Street, the Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles, the Fashion Street and the Chhatrapati Sivaji Maharaj Terminus. Found a nice seafood restaurant Mahesh Lunch Room just a block away.
They upgraded to room with 2 single beds without any additional fee! The location is great! Room is clean and tidy! Great values for staying here! Nice and helpful staffs!
