I was expecting a dormitory type, but there were private rooms with locks, so I had my own private space as long as I didn't make too much noise. The shared bathrooms and toilets were sufficient in number. The common area had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, cups, and disposable cutlery. I heard they have locations in other cities too, so I'd definitely like to try them out again.

Super friendly staff, best location in town. Only negative thing I can say is, despite our rooms not being booked by anyone else prior and being ready for us, the hotel wanted to charge by the hour for early check in. If you have luggage with you, they'll also charge you to store that too if you are early to 2pm check in. As our flight arrived at 6AM it meant we had to haul our luggage around or pay the price which was inconvenient. Otherwise great spot, would return!

The staff of the Hostel are very responsible to solve problems for the guests. There are washing machines and dryers, and the charges are reasonable. ISK2000 is cheaper than some hostels, but the location is a bit far away from the city, and it may be inconvenient for those without a car. There is a very comfortable common area. There is also a hairdryer in the common area, so you don't have to worry about making noise to other guests at night.

Stay 4D3N 1. Location: Hotel is located in the main shopping street, almost central in the downtown, 4 mins walk to either Bonus or Kronan supermarket, and about 10mins walk to the big church, the swan lake and harbourfront, also close the bus stop no 6 2. Amenities: Room cozy and spacious enough with pantry and all necessary kitchen wares, so we can do our own cooking here 3. Service: Staff are nice and helpful 4. Breakfast: Inculded, buffet type with many choices, croissant is great, has Skyr yogurt, also have other local specialists such as Icelandic fish, very delicious and we enjoyed very much, highly recommended

Conveniently located at the entrance to Reykjavik. Second-floor room with no elevator. The room was spacious and had a bathtub, making this the only place we stayed after seven nights in Iceland. Even luxury hotels didn't have bathtubs. My husband was delighted with his first bath after driving about 2,000 kilometers. The bathroom and washroom had poor drainage, so water overflowed from somewhere and flooded the entire place. The room wasn't particularly clean, but it's a good option as a hotel to stay before entering (or leaving) Reykjavik. There are restaurants nearby, like KFC and Sabue. There was no hair dryer in the room, but I think you could borrow one from the front desk if you needed one. We realized this in the morning and had to go down to the front desk to borrow one. Breakfast was minimal. No hot meals. Also, the serving area was small and crowded. Nothing particularly noteworthy, but overall it was an average hotel. By average, I don't mean badly; it wasn't the best, but it was passable. I hope this review is helpful.

The room is relatively large, the price/performance ratio is very good, it is clean and sanitary, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the location is convenient. It is very close to bus 9. The only drawback is that you can't check in your luggage. Of course, this is also the case for self-service hotels. In short, I am still very satisfied.

This is a small hotel located outside the capital of Iceland. The only advantage is that there is a cheap pig supermarket next to the hotel. It is convenient for shopping and the room is small. It is not recommended. The sheets are not changed. Reykjavik should live in the city center, dining is convenient, Vietnam 🇻🇳 restaurants are many.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of Reykjavik's old town. You can easily walk everywhere from here, and the surrounding area is quite peaceful too. It's also great that there's a large parking lot behind the hotel.

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.

Let me talk about it first, the hotel is in a good location, go out is the BUS 9, very close to the church, five or six minutes walk to the lively central location! Next, I said that it was not good. The hotel and milk tea shop shared a lobby, because I checked in at 2 am, there was no service staff reception, directly opened the walkie-talkie to tell the floor to check in, and went out early the next day to join the group, so I didn’t see any service staff. In the afternoon, the group introduced back to the hotel. I pushed the hotel door and didn’t push it open. The front desk signaled me to go to the door of the milk tea shop. I went back to the room and put down my backpack and went out to the supermarket. When I came back, I was also walking the door of the milk tea shop. Then I heard the staff of the milk tea shop whispered abuse. There is something wrong, I questioned her, she was angry, always scolding me that I was sick and said that I went to the door of the milk tea shop, I have told her that the front desk let me go, she has always scolded! Very unqualified! It is very angry to be scolded for no reason, I have responded to Trip.com and hotel service staff! Trip.com made reasonable compensation, the hotel has not used any words until I left!

GGuest UserDear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the discrepancy between your booking confirmation and the layout of the apartment provided. We understand that you expected two bathrooms based on the information provided by your booking agent. However, we would like to clarify that all of our two-bedroom apartments at Eir Apartments are designed with one bathroom. AAnonymous User1. It's located outside the main city area of Rayong, and we had to circle a few times to find parking when we arrived at night. 2. There's a washer and dryer, but the dryer isn't very efficient. What made it worse was that even with everyone waiting in line, the staff insisted on drying a huge pile of dishcloths needed for the next morning. This caused the dryer to keep restarting, and we ended up waiting until 2-3 AM for our turn. 3. Breakfast variety is okay. 4. The room size is decent, but you can't open four large suitcases at once. 5. The room door is really odd; you have to slam it shut with a lot of force for it to lock. Overall, it's a hotel I'd be willing to revisit.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Bus Hostel Reykjavik! The atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my trip easy. A huge highlight was their flexibility with my travel schedule. Even though I checked out at 10:00 AM, they graciously allowed me to hang out in the common areas until my 6:30 PM flight. This made my final day in Iceland stress-free and much more comfortable. Highly recommended for any traveler looking for great service and a hospitable vibe!

AAlex from UkraineNice hotel. Very stylish exterior. The hotel is very conveniently located on the way from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik. We stayed the day we arrived in Iceland and the last two days after traveling around the island before returning home. Good breakfast. It is very important that there is a restaurant that is open from 18:00 to 22:00, because in Iceland finding food after 17:00 is another challenge... Free parking. There is a supermarket nearby (500 meters on foot). The Airport-Reykjavik bus stop is also near the hotel (50 meters) for those who do not rent a car. Highly recommend if you are happy with the price of this hotel when booking! On the downside, the tap water smells like sulfur, but this is Iceland - a country of geothermal springs!)) P.S. the hotel has a free swimming pool with geothermal warm water + sauna for visitors. They work until 22:00.

GGuest UserEach floor has a bathroom, and the kitchen is very well-equipped with pots, pans, and all sorts of utensils, plus a dishwasher. I even put my own bowl in to wash and forgot to take it out! I didn't have breakfast, but it smelled really good. It's quite close to the bus terminal; there's an underpass. On the first day, I got a bit lost and had to go around in circles to find it. Just a heads-up, remember to bring your own disposable slippers!
