Very satisfied with a stay. We chose this hotel’s cabin, which is about 50-100 meters away from the sea, with the glass door facing the black mountain in front. It's about a distance from the front desk, but you can park in front of the door. There are 5 cabins connected. Because we have two people staying together, the front desk specially left us two relatively adjacent cabins. This night’s stay was great. The cabin was not special in appearance, but it was well equipped with kitchen equipment, dining table and sofa, and the bathroom was also great. There are also very good heating facilities, which can be switched on and off at any time. That night we cooked dinner in our room and went to the open-air hot spring pool outside the hotel. We could also make free hot chocolate in the lobby. We went to the beach to watch a perfect sunset at 10:30 in the evening.
Fantastic location. Out of city lights.
Great for viewing Northern lights
Bathroom supplies can be better. Bathrobes were available, which was quite positive
Staying at this hotel on the way back to Reykjavik from the Snæfellsnes Peninsula is a great option, as the surrounding environment is beautiful. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant serves delicious food, and there's a wake-up call at night to remind guests to watch for the Northern Lights. The service is excellent, and we were fortunate enough to see the Northern Lights on the night of our stay – it was truly spectacular.
The hotel is located right next to the Stykkishólmskirkja Church, and around 10-15mins walk to the city centre/ferry terminal. It is a convenient stop for us travelling from the north to the west side of Iceland. The hotel room has a nice view. Basic amenities are available. The shower room is only separated from the toilet by a ‘moveable’ glass and water might spill elsewhere when you shower. Overall a decent stay.
We visited Kirkjufell, Budir Black Church, and Arnarstapi, and this vacation home is also not far from Ytri Tunga Seal Beach. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and there's a kitchen, making it perfect for a large family trip. My family was very satisfied!
The room's view of Chapel Hill is unbeatable! The kitchen is stocked with seasonings and all sorts of cooking and dining essentials. The front desk is open until 8 PM, so late arrivals don't need to worry – your room number and name will be posted on the front desk glass. It's quiet at night, and navigation leads you right to the spot. Definitely recommend this place!
The location is excellent, the scenery is stunning, and the environment is tranquil and pleasant. We were lucky enough to see a beautiful rainbow on our arrival day, which added a pleasant surprise to our trip. Dinner was excellent, with exquisite cuisine and outstanding flavors, making it one of the most memorable meals of our trip. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
We booked a triple room, the hotel was very intimate, the double bed plus a bed room type, divided into three beds for us. thank you very much! 👍👍👍
There is a small tea area and a small refrigerator in the room. The windows are small and the room will be stuffy. The bathroom is large, but the toilet 🚽 equipment is old.
Breakfast is OK, but unfortunately the fruit seems to be canned 🥫 expired and has a sour taste.
-”The front desk and breakfast service staff are not good, there is nothing to eat in the hotel restaurant and nearby gas station at night, a very remote place.
Overall, it was the best night we slept in Iceland. Thank you very much for the quiet and comfortable three-story bed.
This hotel will make you feel more comfortable. The interior decoration is more cozy. It is a good place to wander around the hotel.

Very Good
ZZIJIANThe service attitude is a bit poor, the room is fairly large, there is a kitchen, and you can park at the door. The geographical location is relatively remote. The journey in winter has to cross the snow-capped mountains, and the driving skills must be good. In the small town, there is only one supermarket to buy things, and there is no place to play nearby.
KKA MINGWe booked a triple room.
The room is large, the facilities are complete, the mattress is very comfortable
Very good location, starting point in the circle of the Snay Mountain Peninsula
Rich in the morning, the service staff is very good
NnayaijThe last stop on our island tour, from Akureyri to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, was here. The hotel is located by the sea, far from any other towns or shops, yet it boasts breathtaking views. Rooms vary in size and price. The showers lack doors, making it easy for water to splash out. The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee. There are no restaurants nearby; the hotel has a buffet dinner, but it's expensive and the food is mediocre. Breakfast is not plentiful, just enough to fill your stomach. The service was average.
SSobolevAlexanderComfortable location. Very clean and neat. View to the sea (but it is not close, or to the mountains). Breakfast is very modest - bread, cheese, ham, cooked egg. Breakfast is not available. The common shower is combined with the toilet - one for 4 rooms.
GGuest UserQuiet and clean hotel with lots of facilities which allow guests to enjoy. We arrived at the hotel late (after 9pm) and the hotel restaurant was still able to serve us food that was way beyond our expectations - the waitress was extremely kind and helpful. We were also able to catch the northern lights which was a pleasant surprise considering the time of the year (August). Overall, we are very pleased with our stay here.

GGuest UserIt should be accurate to say that it is a small resort built by the farmer. There is no breakfast and dinner. The apartment is a holiday cabin with two bungalows. There is a terrace that can overlook the straw hat mountain in the distance. It is suitable for a few friends. You can drink and brag on the terrace at night. It is necessary to pay attention to the room next door may be noisy, and the local rest is at 9:30. What makes me very dissatisfied is that the check-in is to send an email to inform you of the room number, and the result gave me the wrong number. It happened that I checked in after nine o'clock that night. I found that my room was occupied. I knocked on the door and woke up the other party to verify. I called the local farm owner. The result was that the homeowner gave the wrong room number, but fortunately the residents who were woken up had a good attitude.

DDahaoqiuqiuFacilities: Very user-friendly place, convenient parking
Hygienic: Super clean and the bed is very comfortable! ! The important thing is! The breakfast wife wife is delicious! ! Must have breakfast! Don't be deceived by his unremarkable appearance! Hate yourself can't live one more day! Every day I go home is missing the degree!
Service: We went late, but the little brother at the front desk was very good and the communication was very smooth! Have a wonderful day on the peninsula
