For a medium to long layover this place inside Airport should be your perfect call. Spacious shower area(sleeping dresses are also provided), Big individual luggage storage, and bed with adjustable lights and fans. The capsules also come with individual clocks. It also has a dedicated smoking zone of their own.
(NB: Carry a universal/travel adapter. The capsules doesn't have USB port)
We stayed in a triple room with three beds, which was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station, and we walked several times to Osu, which is about two train stops away. The walk itself was enjoyable, with plenty of shopping options and eateries along the way.
However, the downside is that the hotel feels very outdated. The beds are very hard, and the windows are quite small. The room is carpeted and feels slightly musty, although an air purifier is provided. The bathroom is especially old-looking — the toilet has a yellowish tone and the bidet system is outdated. That said, from what I observed, many hotels in Nagoya seem to have smaller windows and older designs.
Front desk service is basic, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out, but nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, Nagoya is a great city to visit, but next time I would look forward to staying at a higher-quality hotel. With newer options like the upcoming Conrad near Sakae Station, the accommodation experience in Nagoya will hopefully improve significantly.
I arrived around 2:45 PM and was waiting in the lobby, but the receptionist let me in early, which was very helpful! This is my second time staying here, and I'm always happy that the receptionist has been so kind to me! This was my first time using the large public bath, and as stated on the sign, the shower is small, with only enough space for three people and the sink for two. However, it opens from 4:00 PM, so if you go early, I think you can have it all to yourself! Even though I'm not a fan of unit baths, this is a hotel I'd like to use often because it has a large public bath!

The location is fantastic! After exiting JR Station, just take the underground passage on the right, walk straight for 30 seconds, and you'll see Big Camera right as you come up the escalator. This hotel is directly across the street, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety and delicious taste.

The location is really convenient. There's a huge supermarket right next door, and if you book through Trip.com, you even get a 5% discount on your groceries. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to the shopping malls and airport by subway. Whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Jinshan.

the triple room is quite small for three people but it is manageable that we can open 2 luggages at once in the room. you can get free drinks at the common area & the staffs are also really helpful. the bathroom door is somewhat transparent, which might be a bit awkward if you're room-sharing with friends.
I stayed here on a business trip. I only needed to sleep, so there was nothing to be concerned about. I was able to sleep without any noise, so that was good.

Nagoya was quite expensive, so I booked this hotel and found it to be pretty good value for money, much better than I expected. The service attitude was excellent, and check-in at the front desk was smooth. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean; perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and the surroundings are quiet. I've already recommended it to my colleagues; it's ideal for a weekend stay.

Not far from Sakae, so transportation and shopping are incredibly convenient. Japanese hotel service is generally excellent. We stayed three nights in Nagoya, but one of those nights was extremely expensive and there were no rooms available, so we left our luggage here for a day and stayed at another hotel temporarily. On the third day, coming back here felt just like coming home. Other than being a bit small, everything else was great.

The room was quite small, but having three beds was a huge plus, making it perfect for families with multiple children. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a 2-minute walk from the Sakae subway station exit, making getting around super convenient. There are many dining options nearby, and Don Quijote is right next door. For airport transfers, you can catch an airport bus from Oasis 21, which is also nearby; it's 2000 yen per person and takes about 40 minutes to reach Chubu Centrair International Airport.

GGuest UserHotel is conveniently located near Nagoya Station (Shinkansen side). The hotel truly lives up to its name with its comfortable and clean environment! Love the variety of food served for breakfast each morning! The library cafe has a lovely pleasant environment with Muji vibes! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Nagoya! ◡̈

__WeChat55868****Honestly, I think this hotel offers really great value for money, and it even includes breakfast!
Service: The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and super helpful! The cleaning staff also had a wonderful attitude!
Cleanliness: Japanese hotels are generally very clean, and this one was no exception, although there were a few spots that weren't perfectly spotless. Still, it was very good overall.
Amenities: The free breakfast was excellent, and having a tea bar machine was a real bonus – I loved being able to enjoy a drink every time I came back to the hotel!
CChennianwangshiThe location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
AAnonymous UserThis is a brand new, modern hotel. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the space is quite generous with all amenities provided. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to both the Shinkansen and Meitetsu lines. The staff are incredibly nice; they greeted us every time we entered and exited. When we checked out to catch our flight, it was raining quite heavily, and the staff even gave us an umbrella, which was a very thoughtful gesture. This hotel really goes the extra mile for its guests.
MM277579****Located in the bustling city center and commercial district, there are countless great restaurants of all sizes just around the corner. Shopping for daily necessities is also within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The transportation is excellent too, making it easy to get anywhere.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is superb, just about a 7-minute walk to the Sakae district. Convenience stores and drugstores are less than a 5-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby with direct routes to famous attractions like Tokugawa-en Garden, Nagoya Castle, and Osu Shopping Street. There's also a great grilled eel restaurant close to the hotel, and their unagi don is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is consistently excellent. The breakfast, which changes daily, is also very tasty. It's an ideal choice for a trip to Nagoya.
TTiantianzhuizhumaqidaThe location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.

DDierrensheng2024I've stayed at the Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Station Shinkansen Exit multiple times, and it's still my top choice for business trips to Nagoya! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right outside the Shinkansen exit, making transfers and catching trains incredibly convenient. The room gets great natural light, feeling bright and not at all cramped. The biggest plus is that the bathroom has a proper wet/dry separation – which is very rare to find in Japanese business hotels. It means you can shower and use the sink without disturbing each other, keeping everything dry and tidy, and making the stay super comfortable. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was efficient and thoughtful. It offers amazing value for money, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time!
