This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

It was cheap despite being in a good location near the station. The entrance was stylish and the room was clean. It was spacious. The amenities were minimal and there was nothing wasted. Check-in and check-out were smooth. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. I would like to use it again.

The price was reasonable and location was close to subway and central city. There must be better options in this area and price range. Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.

There are 3 facilities in Sendai City for a ribmax series hotel. One of them stayed in Sendai Kokubuncho for the first time. The price is also one night on weekends. Very reasonable at a price that cuts 4000 yen. Hotel in downtown. You can see a black building in a gorgeous building. There is a cafe called Max Cafe on the first floor. However, it closes at 5 pm at check-in to prevent corona. (Sorry). The room is larger than each hotel on Aoba-dori and Hirose-dori in Sendai City. The unit bath didn't feel cramped either. Also, breakfast is included and free, which is not found in other stores in Sendai. The number of items is small, but it is enough to fill your stomach with rice, bread, salad 🥗, scrambled eggs, etc. Seven-Eleven is a 0-minute walk. There are many restaurants. Next time, I would like to eat elsewhere without breakfast.
