The room was clean and spacious enough to fit our checked luggage, even for a family of three, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel breakfast area is small, but thankfully the variety is quite good, and you can definitely get a full meal. They also offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. On our first day, a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member checked us in and explained everything thoroughly, even finding a three-prong adapter for me. Communication was seamless and very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Naha bus station, making transportation easy, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Although the room didn’t come with many amenities, it was extremely clean and comfortable, making it a great place to rest. The bathroom was not very spacious, but it was also very clean, and the water pressure was excellent, making the shower very enjoyable. The location is also very convenient — it’s just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. The area is quiet at night, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the lively Kokusai Street. Check-in was very simple. The hotel provided a passcode for the room’s electronic lock, so there was no need to interact with staff at all. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed for 3 days on business. I couldn't get the towels changed because I couldn't return during the front desk's opening hours. I went to the front desk in the morning to have them changed, but they weren't there, so I ended up using the same towels for 3 days. It would be nice if they made it possible to change them at any time.

Location: Very central, within a 20-minute walk to attractions like Kokusai Street and Naminoue Shrine. Environment: Japanese hotel rooms are typically small, but this one managed to have a separate wet and dry area! Plus, a smart toilet. Hygiene: The cleaning staff were non-Japanese, so no need for communication. If you wanted your room cleaned, you just put the sign on the door. They even tidied up the desk for you when you returned. Service: Self-check-in was very convenient, but the front desk was always helpful if needed, and responses were quite prompt. Surprise: I stayed for four nights, having booked a room without breakfast, but they provided breakfast every day. Regardless of how good it tasted, it was better than nothing!

Cleanliness: I rarely give a bad review for cleanliness in Japanese hotels, but there were a couple of issues here. 1. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a piece of plastic trash under the bed that hadn't been cleaned. 2. The bath towel had a black stain. Aside from the cleanliness, everything else was generally very good. The hotel is quite new, and the quad room was spacious enough. It's also a short walk to Kokusai Dori. The service attitude was good too.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very nice experience. The beds were comfy and they also gave us 3 pillows so we were able to make one of them a plushie. The shower room is always squeaky clean and the receptionist were so kind and friendly too. The breakfast is a little Japanese style so if you are used to American style, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you want to try Natto and Soba, don't bother going else, it's included in the hotel's breakfast menu. The location is very close to the airport and just 12 minutes away from the station, so the location is superb, not to mention if you rent a car, there are several parking lots in the area too.

The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor for quietness and a good view. Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer.

This hotel offered a super hassle-free stay with excellent value for money! The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Okinawan local specialties like Okinawa soba noodles, Blue Seal purple sweet potato ice cream, Sata Andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), and jasmine tea, providing an immersive taste of local flavors. They also had classic Western breakfast options, including croissants, buttered bread, sausages, fried eggs, coffee, and juice, satisfying both Eastern and Western palates. The room amenities were very thoughtful, equipped with pajamas, a magnifying mirror, deodorant spray, and a refrigerator – more than sufficient for a daily stay. At the front desk, you could pick up complimentary combs, body scrub towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face wash headbands, cotton swabs, mouthwash, and tea/coffee bags. Other toiletries needed to be brought by yourself. The location was absolutely fantastic! Right next door were Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores, making daily shopping super convenient. Across the street from the hotel, there was a delicious izakaya, and within a few hundred meters, you'd find all sorts of food establishments, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Getting around was also incredibly easy; the meeting point for day tours was just a 300-meter walk away. You could walk to Tomari Port in 20 minutes or take a 6-minute taxi ride, making it super convenient for planning Okinawa day trips – a top choice for independent travelers. (The first 3 photos are of the hotel breakfast, and the last 3 photos are of the izakaya: Naha Chocho)

GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone. The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car. The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well. The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures). I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body. We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga. It is an inn that I want to visit again.

AAkaxi090Cat lovers, rejoice! There's a black resident cat here. There's no daily housekeeping, but you can request fresh towels and trash removal (you'll need to place your trash bin outside your door). The laundry room has separate washers and dryers (which is great, as combo units never really dry clothes), and it's free to use. Just remember to ask the front desk for detergent and fabric softener beforehand; they're 100 yen per packet.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

ZZhuziyoushijieThis is a hidden gem of a hotel! There's a direct Line 9 bus from Shimojima Airport to the hotel right next door, just a short walk away. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the pork cutlet and fried chicken rice at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There's a path behind the hotel that leads directly to the beach; the sunset there is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

GGuest UserThe facility itself is a bit old, but the sheets and bedding were clean and nice. The ocean view from the room and the quiet surroundings make it a great place to relax. The large public bath is a plus for families. I did find the high step into the unit bathroom in the room a bit dangerous.

446살이지만,최강동안이라괜찮아요I loved the smell of the forest trees. At night, I could hear the sounds of insects, crickets, and frogs. It's a great place to find peace of mind. The air conditioning/heating worked well too. There's a local izakaya with good value for money about a 5-minute walk away. I walked there, but having a car might be more convenient.
