The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are correct and a big bigger than in other cities in Japan. They are very clean and have a nice balcony facing the seaside. The staff is very kind and they serve free drinks from 4-7pm. The breakfast is correct and offers a little variaty of food. Products are in general fresh.
There's a Family Market 24/7 just at the entrance of the hotel. Few nice restaurants are also available for lunch or dinner closeby (some can be reached by foot).
The direct bus from/to the airport (bus 143!) stops just 100mt away from the hotel and it's very convenient. You also have buses for Naha City and to some beachside destinations. The nicest beach is Araha (40min by foot, 20min by bus 63, and 10-15 by car). Tropical beach is also closer but I preferred Araha with a lot more restaurants facing the beach and a lot of people and call family in the evening (there is also a kids ground).
The Hrand Hotel Ginowan is a nice place to stay.
We had 5 people in a 6-person room. The room was quite spacious, and it had a kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient. Laundry detergent could be purchased at the counter, and there was also a communal dryer for a fee. There was a balcony with a sea view. Parking cost 1500 yen. Overall, it was good value for money, but the cleanliness of the details wasn't great. The TV in the room was an old-fashioned model, not a smart TV, but it wasn't a big deal. It took about 15 minutes to drive to American Village.

The room and bathroom were tiny, but the hotel's location was excellent, very close to Don Quijote and the Daiichi Makishi Public Market. It was great that the room had disinfectant spray for personal use. The lobby offered a free self-service snack bar, but luggage storage was only allowed until 3 PM. Overall, a good experience.

Advantages:
1. Excellent location: Approximately an 8-minute walk from Omoromachi Station. The Okinawa Prefectural Museum & Art Museum is about 3-4 minutes away, and the duty-free shopping area is also within walking distance. Therefore, if you want to experience Naha city center and enjoy convenient shopping and transportation, this location is a major plus.
2. Free breakfast and basic amenities: Breakfast is a buffet, served from approximately 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a bidet-equipped bathroom.
Disadvantages:
1. Rooms are relatively small, and facilities are somewhat outdated.
2. Limited parking and additional charges: While parking is available, it's first-come, first-served, and the price is extra. This is important to note if you are driving, especially if you have a large car or a lot of heavy luggage.
3. Good location but not a true seaside resort: The hotel is located in the city center, close to shopping and transportation hubs, making it suitable for city sightseeing and shopping. However, if you are expecting a ”seaside,” ”sea view,” or ”relaxed resort” atmosphere, it may fall short.

I stayed here over a decade ago when I visited Okinawa, and the area has changed quite a bit – it was a little tricky to find my way around getting in and out, haha. The room with a balcony was nice; it felt more spacious. The location is super convenient too, with public transport right outside and supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. My only minor complaint is that the hotel didn't provide body lotion, which is the first time I've encountered that in Japan.

The location is fantastic! It's super convenient, with a large mall, supermarket, and convenience stores right across the street. It's a standard, no-frills hotel, which is typical of Toyoko Inn. Because of their eco-friendly policy, they don't clean the rooms daily, but they do provide fresh towels every day, which is a great touch! The breakfast has a slightly different menu each day, and the kitchen staff puts a lot of care into preparing the soups. The only downside is that the dining area is a bit small, which can be a little inconvenient. They offer complimentary Orion beer in the afternoons, which everyone loves! If I visit Okinawa again, I'd definitely stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the annex rooms are very new, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance. The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed.

Located conveniently between Mitsukoshi Department Store and DFS, it's super easy to get anywhere from here. A taxi from the airport costs around 100 RMB. Check-in is on the second floor, and complimentary coffee is available daily. The hot bath facility on the thirteenth floor is open until 1 AM. For the women's section, the access code is updated every Sunday. There's an izakaya next door that's absolutely delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

I stayed at Nest Hotel Naha Kumoji and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5–6 minute walk from Miebashi Monorail Station, making it easy to get around Naha.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment felt well-maintained. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient and fuss-free stay.
Another plus point is that right opposite the hotel is the popular Japanese buffet BBQ restaurant, Yakiniku King, which is perfect if you’re craving a good yakiniku meal without going far.
Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located hotel, I would definitely recommend it, especially for those relying on public transport.

JJianqiaoaokelanEverything else is good except that the front desk and the accommodation are not in the same place, which is very confusing for newcomers
GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
GGraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.
Just sharing our experience.
ししおり旅I shiori TripI would like to use this hotel again.
Since I don't have a driver's license, I looked for the hotel's location and facilities before booking.
What was particularly good was that they have bicycle rentals, a large public bath, and it's a 10-minute walk to Yonaha Beach North. We went to Yonaha North Beach to watch the sunset and had an amazing view.
The facilities are more like a business hotel than a resort hotel, but everything you need is there so there's no need to worry. Also, there is a large public bath and you can relax in the quiet building.
*There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but there is a restaurant inside the building.
GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.
GGuest UserBeautiful view and nice public bathhouse, but no cold plunge. The rooms are old and unrefined. Only two bright white overhead lights that cannot be dimmed, plus a single lamp on the nightstand that must be unplugged in order to plug in anything else near the beds, which are uncomfortable and creaky. Futon sets in the Japanese/Western room can only be used “with permission” and at an additional charge. Mini fridge sits on top of a baking sheet. Security latch for door does not have a corresponding part and is therefore is useless.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, making water activities super convenient. The keyless entry with a password lock is a great convenience. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a bus stop directly across the street for easy access to the airport and attractions.
LLL_masLocated most east coast of Okinawa, it is an adventure journey for those who like adventures. Much rural but the scenic drive really worth it. Better travel by day time instead of night. Road is narrow and windings
AAnonymous UserEven though this hotel is quite old, the views are genuinely beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. My kids loved the breakfast. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I bring my elders to Okinawa in the future.
JJin loveI really like it here the tub is so nice ~ when you go out it’s near at bus stations also at 711 and super market .. the room is comfy and have a big TV 🥰 there’s a mini ref also and microwave ..
