DDamaituStayed at Tokyu for 6 nights, everything was very good. The room was very large, with dry and wet separation, and 2 large windows that could be opened. The breakfast on the first floor was rich with local specialty dishes. It was also very convenient to go to the attractions, and the surrounding facilities were complete. The only suggestion is that you need to take the underground passage from the JR station to the hotel. It would be better if you can note the walking route on the reservation.

- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

GGlobal birdPrice performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it

RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

Arrived to find a hotel with a period, the receptionist in the evening was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the friendly smile was very patient to introduce the facilities in the store. When we entered the room, we had placed the tatami bedding for us. Although the facilities are slightly old, but the items and facilities are hygienic and tidy. Everyone sleeps very comfortably and the room is air-conditioned! And the large bath is in good size, an open-air bath, it must be good in winter, and you must come to soak and relax for two nights! The parking fee is only 300yen a night, very reasonable! 🙏 Very suitable for families!

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

WWanwanshizhimaoThe soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything the neighbors did and the shower water upstairs. There were also many noise sources in the room: the air conditioner, the clock, the refrigerator—all of which combined to make for a awful night. I was woken up at 2 AM by the shower water upstairs, but thankfully I was exhausted and fell back asleep quickly. I can't imagine how someone with light sleep would feel in this environment.
Disposable slippers cost 60 yen a pair… Are you really that short of money? And you're recommending a membership card?? Who wants to be a member?
Breakfast was free, but I didn't eat it. Even though the pandemic has been going on for years, there are still partitions on the table—it's not a proper place to eat. Forget it, I shouldn't have had any illusions about Toyoko.

看看山看水看雲A hotel that is convenient. There is an articial spring in the basement that closes at 1am. Good for people who have got a long day out. The bedding is clean but a bit yellowish.
Very polite and good hotel staff. They let us store the luggage for two nights while we r away and will come back to stay on the 3rd night.
