The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The price was reasonable, and there were several local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Multiple bus lines were right outside the door. It was great value for money! 👍

The hotel's convenient location is its biggest plus. And the price is reasonable.
We got a room on the ground floor behind reception. We could clearly hear everyone coming and going. Earplugs were the only thing that helped us sleep.
The mattress was hard, but that's a plus for me.

Even though it was a facility that was built

The hotel room is large, I like his style very much, and the slippers are very good, the bottom is very thick, hahaha, breakfast has omelets, but you need to talk to the kitchen. Of course, they seem to be in English.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!

The staff is friendly, the administrator comes at the first request, and any problems are quickly resolved. The breakfasts are okay. The room is clean, but there's only one chair and two tea glasses for a room of three. Otherwise, everything is fine; I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. The sauna and steam room were also excellent, clean, and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A perfect place to unwind and recharge.

The property is located in 30-40 mins of ride from the airport. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I arrived late, around 1am, they met me with no problem (and gave even a little food, cause i've complained i'm very hungry after the flight and everything is closed 😅). The place is very clean and cozy. I recommend you to eat a local kitchen in Navat restaurant (there are two: 900m and 1500m).
