The hotel staff were very friendly and I was very impressed.
It's close to the station and there are plenty of places to eat, which was great!
The room was spacious and clean.
It was nice that the toilet and shower room were separate, which is rare.
I liked it so much that I'd like to return again.
It's annoying to write such a review, so I don't write it well, but it's so comfortable and I can't use it because it's far away. As you enter, Spanish is my own feeling as if you are entering a mansion. And when I told the staff that I had booked on Trip.com, they were very happy to welcome me and gave me an eco bag as one of the trip events. I had to bring my daughter~ I booked the room as a deluxe room, but it was also nice to upgrade it. I felt good from the first impression in many ways. The moment I received the room key and opened the door, the faint diffuser scent further enhanced the luxury of the room, and the interior of the neatly arranged room made me want to come with someone, and gave me a room that was too large for me to use alone. Thank you. From the next time, I will use Roseto unconditionally. I want to upload a picture, but I searched the Internet with a regrettable heart that I didn't take a picture and found the room. ㅎ
The facilities are so-so and cleanliness is average, but the value for money is decent. I was shocked to find the bathroom door handle missing. There were no bathrobes, and only a few tissues left.
Our stay was good, but they could improve in terms of cleanliness... we found several dead bugs.
The breakfast could also be improved with more variety.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, perhaps the bottom sheet, which was made of plastic, is not a good idea...
I needed a place to stay suddenly, so I made a last-minute reservation.
The room was spacious and I had a great stay.
The front desk staff were friendly, and
they even helped me park.
Overall, it was clean and quiet at night. You could comfortably walk around barefoot, truly on par with a 5-star hotel! Due to environmental considerations, toiletries weren't provided. The front desk staff all spoke English and communication was very smooth, resolving any issues promptly. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese check-in guide, which was a thoughtful touch and absolutely wonderful!
The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel.
The scenery was so good. I knew there was nothing nearby. The hotel restaurant closed too early in the evening to taste the meal. I asked to change the pillow cover because it smelled like a cover, but it changed immediately. But the cover laundry is good, and it seemed that the pillow itself smelled. The room toilet was clean and nice.
It was really beautiful when the sunset was falling. I think it's a good place to rest ~
Nice new hotel, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, good blankets and pillows. But hard to sleep because the room was way too hot! Why is the room temperature +27-30 degrees? You couldn't adjust the heat yourself. It's a waste of energy to have to keep the window open at -5 degrees to make the temperature bearable. The hotel doesn't respect green values, but wastes energy on uncomfortable heating.

When checking in by yourself, you must provide some form of adult verification (ID required). I had a problem, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and staff was excellent ~ Bathtub was big enough to relax and bed was really comfortable. Even I could watch Netflix ~ One thing I wish is they would have disposable sleepers. Anyway they serve really nice korean and american breakfast. I will come back.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CIMA Hotel in Dongducheon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's rest after long days of exploring. The spacious bathrooms, complete with high-quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the experience. The location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near key attractions and transportation, CIMA Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore Dongducheon and its surroundings. It's also close to Camp Casey, which makes it an excellent option for military personnel and their families. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an on-site café, and a well-equipped business center, cater perfectly to both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend the CIMA Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hospitable stay in Dongducheon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
It’s quite hard to find a hotel within my budget and with a bathtub around the Uijeongbu area. I booked this hotel because of some positive reviews, the availability of a bathtub, nearby restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and a check-in time that isn’t too late (some hotels only allow check-in at 9 p.m.). I arrived early (9 a.m.) and planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing, but it was extremely cold and I was very sleepy, as I couldn’t sleep on the plane. The receptionists agreed to an early check-in for a fee (half the nightly rate). Upon check-in, they provided a personal kit (toothbrush, assorted creams, comb, razor, etc.). The room has a big TV, four speakers, a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, air purifier, air conditioning, and more (see photos). The heater works very well too. Instant coffee, tea, a coffee machine, and a microwave are available on the first floor and the 11th floor (rooftop), which also has tables and a laundry area. On every floor, just outside the rooms, there is a microwave and shared utensils for guests to use. The LRT station is only a five-minute walk away. For the price, it’s worth it if you’re okay with a late check-in.
Former Australia soldiers of 3 RAR travelled to Kapyong, to commemorate the Battle of Kapyong 24 April 1951 (in 2025). This brilliant accommodation is located a 2 min stroll over the Gyeonggi-do river to the Australia & NZ memorial, where a friendly well equipped convenience store sits below it. The Host property was spotless, as picture online and well maintained. The owner aims to be non invasive (monitoring from Wi-Fi cameras on the outside of the property) and to protect it. He saw our struggles attempting to light fire on a cold night and quickly drove down to assist :). The lovely store holder closed up shop (when we tried to order food) to take us down to his local family restaurant (for authentic Korean food, which to tried to offer for free and we persistently and politely declined, fantastic local hospitality towards us and in general. The host then drove us back into the Gapeyoung Train station when we tried to order a Taxi. Fantastic experience and would stay here again and highly recommend it. The lovely family run cafe in town: 886-5 Mokdong-ri, Buk-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

I rrecently stayed overnight at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how much it felt like a luxury hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with thoughtful details that made the stay extra comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the linens felt premium, ensuring a restful sleep. The amenities were top-notch — from the modern bathroom fixtures to the high-quality toiletries, everything was designed with guest comfort in mind. What stood out most was the overall service and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the facilities provided a truly elevated experience. For just an overnight stay, it felt like I was treated to a luxury getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value paired with excellent amenities and service. I will definitely return on my next visit.

For a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.
