Guest UserRoom is a good size, 20/25 minute walk to the centre. They have services such at motorbike rental and laundry, however motorbike rental in the city centre is half the price and the laundry is cheaper 5 minutes up the road.
Bad drain smell in bathroom and shower takes a long time to drain, causing flooding in the bathroom when you use it, but shower is powerful and hot. Bath mat heavily stained and was brown instead of white and pillows also stained. Lots of ants in bathroom on arrival and when room was cleaned towels were taken but not replaced. Had to wait 30 minutes for new towels when coming back in the evening which wasn’t ideal as we wanted to shower.
On final night large cockroach came out of wardrobe, notified reception who came and dealt with immediately and sprayed room with cockroach repellent. Had to leave room for 15 minutes due to smell, when we returned second large cockroach was in the room. Hotel advised could not change room because hotel was full. Last night sleep was not great experience due to smell of bug repellent and the fact we had this pest issue.

Guest UserStayed here again. The location is excellent and everyone is very kind. I ordered laap at the rooftop restaurant. It was so incredibly spicy I almost cried! A good memory nonetheless.

Francky117Nice hotel, well located with a beautiful rooftop and delicious breakfast.
Only the soundproof isn't good, and the toilets looks like to be for children.

This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property.

Good locations good views you can go to night market nearby. Close to city. 4th. Floor had great views to Maekong River and Pakse City.
Breakfasts also good, but eggs are cold.
Rooms needs more cleaning, it’s smells like they using dirty mopping smells like per, I have to open the windows to be able to sleep. Good things weather not hot.
Every restrooms got broken locks (we booked 3 rooms 3 nights). Also restrooms quite small water pressure of washing sink too strong if not careful, you can make the room wet. Over all stool meet the badger to stay here.

Everything you could want from a family-run hotel: friendly service, a charming and well-maintained historic setting, a sunny swimming pool, a waterfront restaurant, pets for children, and suggestions for day trips.
Bring earplugs, as some rooms are located near a small pond where the frogs are noisy in the evening, and the rooster can be a bit of an early bird.

Beautiful traditional style hotel in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bars etc. Also easy to rent scooter from here. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Everything was good really, I recommend it.

Арсений С.I'm traveling by bike, covering a long distance from Cambodia to Laos, about 100 km in a day. I was specifically looking for a quiet and cozy place to spend the night for a good rest. The hotel completely met my expectations. There was a severe storm that night with thunder and lightning, but the room was very comfortable and cozy. In the morning, a stunning view of the Mekong opened up. I wish the hotel good luck and prosperity, and thank you for the night.
