The first room I was moved to had clearly not been properly cleaned. The table was sticky, there was an old/open pack of chips left under the bed, and mold was visible at the top of the doorway. This was very disappointing and not the standard of cleanliness you expect. The second room I was suggested to move after request was better and noticeably cleaner.

Domus Maria Hotel in Vilnius is a gem, both for its location and the warmth of its staff. Located in the heart of the Old Town, it offers easy access to the city's main attractions, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Vilnius on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or needs. I would particularly like to highlight the flexibility and understanding of the management, who, despite having booked a non-changeable rate, allowed me to modify my stay without any problems. This gesture speaks to the excellent customer service and hospitality that characterize the hotel.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

The staff is very friendly, room is clean, comfortable. Window opens properly. Gets a lot of sunlight in day time. Basic needs provided. Breakfast had wide options to choose from. Good spot too as the train station is close by 10/10

A beautiful clean hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere. In the room is water, tea, coffee, mini-fridge. 15 minutes walk from the center. Very good breakfast, always serve at once if anything ends. polite staff. We will definitely stop again.

I only stayed there for a night so I can't speak about the facilities in detail, but I can talk about the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality. There is a direct bus to the airport (for 5 Euros). It is close to the Train Station and the Airport. Also, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. I wish I could stay in this hotel longer because I quite enjoyed it.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the apartment. It takes about 20 minutes for the airport to go to the apartment to do the bus, and there is no need to change the car. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from the town hall. The city hall is close to shops and restaurants! Anyway, you can walk all the way! The location is really good! There is a supermarket within 5 minutes! There is a coffee shop! The rooms are large and there is everything in the apartment. The kitchen equipment is also very perfect! The decoration is simple and modern! It can be said that I really like it! The apartment's breakfast is 6 Euro / person, not bad. However, what has to be said is the service aspect of the apartment! The follow-up is very angry! We stayed for 3 people. On the day of check-in, we found only 2 bath products, and the sewer of the bathroom was blocked, and the bath water could not flow. The next morning, I reflected the problem with the front desk. I hope they can help the sewers and ask if there are cleaning staff every day (the front desk informs: clean 2 times a day) and hope they can give us the missing bath, soap and paper towels. The front desk staff at the time was not bad. We recorded our problems and said that we would send people to check them out. I went back to the apartment in the evening and found that the sewer was well-passed. The missing paper towels (toilet) had been given, and I also helped to change the bath towels, but did not give us bath products. We thought it might not be the day, and someone will make up the next day. On the third day, when we went out, we packed up our luggage deliberately (I thought someone would clean it, because the front desk said 2 days/1 time) until I arrived at the apartment in the evening, and no one came to clean it! This is even better! Our bathing supplies were completely used up! There is no way, we have a reaction with the front desk (the front desk on duty at the 14th), I hope she will give us the bathing supplies, otherwise we can't take a shower! Who knows that this front desk (the front desk on the 14th) doesn't believe it, tells us that they will add bathing consumables every day (we don't have one day to supplement consumables in 3 days) and have been with us for a long time! Just don't believe us! It seems that we are going to cheat the shower gel. And we are 3 people, according to reason, there should be 3 copies, but only gave us 2 copies! And his family shower gel is very small, a little girl with long hair is not enough! So the experience feels particularly bad!

Always stay at this hotel when the flight is at night or early in the morning. All is great, food is yammy! Just please change the pillows! Or at least have some flat ikea spare pillows for people who can’t sleep on the hard ones. Especially for the kids!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and everything has always been excellent. I highly recommend it. I especially want to highlight Agata, who works at the reception: she's incredibly responsive, friendly, and a wonderful person and conversationalist.
