3-Star Hotels in Antananarivo, Madagascar

This is a very friendly hotel. The owner is Chinese, and Chinese is the main language spoken at the front desk. The interpreter, Rija, was very kind and helpful. I requested a transfer from the airport and arrived at the hotel with peace of mind. When I asked about booking a bus to Morondava, she helped me make the arrangements! I was truly grateful. Liu at the front desk was also very kind. I had planned to stay for two nights, but there were no available buses, so I had to leave early the next morning. I would have missed out on the breakfast I was looking forward to and wasted one night, but they were very accommodating and allowed me to transfer there after I returned from Morondava. The room was spacious and the location was great.

I had a great short stay at this hotel, perfect for entering or leaving the country. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, I was greeted with a smile and promptly assisted to my room. The room is small but well-equipped with everything you need. There was a slight smell from the carpet, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff can also arrange a taxi ride for you, which is very convenient. I recommend this place for short-term stays.

All services were perfect, except one lady at the front, who was not really eager to help us to solve the problem. What I felt as a customer was that she wanted me to pay directly again the bill, coz Trip.com did not send to the hotel the amount I paid. I lost my time and could not reach my appointment. Thanks to Mrs Miora (another lady at the front) the problem was solved smoothly.

The room is large, has hot water, has a balcony, and it is really close to the airport, a five-minute walk. Exit the airport, cross the road and go left, pass a shop first, and then you will see the stone road sign. Go inside the alley and you will be there. There is a bus line D at the door to the city and the gas station at Total Railway Station.

Very convenient hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the availability of free transfer. Rooms are spacious, terraces and balconies. I chose this because it was close to the bus of Cotisse and the price was cheap. Most staff couldn't speak English, but Very gentle and the room was clean. Tiffany, who was staying for the exam, was helpful to communicate in English.

Restaurant breakfast and dinner are great. The room is a bit small. Toilet is a bit small as well.
