A beautiful hotel in a vintage style.
The sixth-floor restaurant has a beautiful view of the city from its observation deck. Breakfast is buffet style, and at least in the evenings, they have happy hour now—you get one free cocktail, so you can just hang out.
The royal palace is nearby, and there are several streets with shops and cafes nearby.
The staff is very attentive and friendly—they constantly ask if everything is okay, smile, and bow. There's a person standing at the entrance, opening and closing doors. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed, and coffee and water are brought. Not a bad place.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, assisting with trips and anything else I needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the room had good air conditioning, hot water, and an elevator—which is great if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel
I didn't expect the Samsung hotel rooms to be equipped with bathtubs, and the pool and gym environment was also very good. The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.
I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
A luxurious resort right on the banks of the Irrawaddy. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, a large and clean pool, soft lawns, and helpful staff. Excellent and inexpensive spa. Downsides: breakfasts are weak. The Sakura rooms we stayed in were very modest, though clean, with old towels and peeling plaster. 5 for the grounds, 3 for the rooms and breakfast.

GGuest UserVery convenient and safe. You can directly book various activities at the front desk. The hot water supply is quite stable (though the maximum temperature isn't super high). There's someone sleeping by the entrance at night, which makes you feel pretty secure.
