every thing is so perfect in this place from the manager jack who is very professional in terms of hospitality no dull moment until the last day of our stay early check in late check out he even arranged all the tours and before we ask he already booked our speed boat going back to the airport to the front desk Envie Maricar David and to all the staffs they’ll let you feel very welcome like their family thank you jack and the rest of your team surely will come back and i also highly recommend this place best place ever..

The hotel has a perfect location, the best on the island: it is in 10 meters only from the beautiful main entry to the bikini beach. The beach is so big and clean! Umbrellas are for an additional fee but there's no need in them cause you can sit wherever you want under the tree. I had a cosy room with a balcony, on the second floor. In the room, you have everything you need: an air conditioner, a kettle, a fridge, lots of lights, towels etc. Cleaning is upon request. Wifi was good. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help, they helped me so many times with different questions, the kindest people!! A team of divers live at the hotel and leads excursions for guests from the whole island. Snorkeling with them was the best experience in my life! I've seen colorful fish, big sharks, dolphins, and even a sea turtle. For breakfast, you have a choice between continental and maldivian breakfasts, I personally loved the last one, it was delicious. Always fresh fruits and juice before breakfast. Sometimes in the evening, the hotel prepares barbecue dinner with fresh fish from the sea and with traditional music, such an authentic experience! There are several restaurants on the island to have dinner, including the hotel restaurant. They're more or less of the same quality and price, liked local food there. Gulhi is very calm and tiny island, just 30 min on the boat from Male island. (The transfer to Gulhi from the airport costs $25.) There were not many tourists on the island, when I stayed. No noise at night at all, so if you're looking for calmness, this is probably the better choice for you than Maafushi. Also it feels safe if you're a female solo traveler. For me, everything was just perfect, loved the place, the food, the beach, the excursions. I think the guesthouse is the best price/quality option on the island. Thanks so much❤️

Went there in October, not peak, so the owner guy is so nice to fetch and send us to the jetty. He also let us checkout very late since there’s not much guests. Clean room and simple. Simple breakfast daily. Very honest to reco us tours that would certainly benefit for us.

Huraa Island is located about 25 kilometers northeast of Malé, the capital of the Maldives, a speedboat ride of about 20 minutes. We stayed in a very small guesthouse, but the value for money far exceeded our expectations. The courtyard was clean and cozy. Breakfast could be ordered, and the room facilities were complete. The waiter was polite and spoke softly. He picked us up from the pier and asked how many days we were staying and what our plans were. He gave us a brief introduction to the island's basic facilities. I noticed that there were even streetlights on the island (the previous island didn't have them, haha). It's worth mentioning that such a small island has two beautiful sports fields and a children's playground. During check-in, they provided us with juice and drinking water and immediately booked our ferry tickets to the airport. This morning at breakfast, they specifically told us that they would prepare our breakfast in advance so as not to delay our trip to the airport. The island's beaches were gorgeous—tranquil and clean, with only the sound of the waves and the occasional passing boat. My son and I sat in the beach pavilion, quietly watching the waves, greeting and chatting with other tourists who occasionally passed by. This is probably what a vacation should be like. At seven in the morning, the lovely young man messaged me saying breakfast was ready. We enjoyed a comfortable breakfast, and he took us to the pier. He really waited until we were on the boat and seated before waving goodbye and leaving. I'm already starting to plan my next trip to Huraa. The young man is from Bangladesh, thin and small. He's been working on this island of just over a hundred people for seven years, spending all his time in the hotel, always on call, only going home twice a year to his wife and children… what a life for someone else.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Sunrise Huraa 🌴. Special thanks to Samer and the team for their warm hospitality and constant support throughout our trip. The property is clean, cozy, and located in the heart of Huraa — one of the nearest local islands to Malé. It was very convenient for us as a family, and we truly enjoyed the local island vibes while still having easy access to excursions and activities. Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling, with options that gave us a good start to the day. The staff were always attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, highly recommended for families and travelers who want an authentic Maldivian experience while staying close to Malé. 🌊✨ There’s other diver shop, located nearby the property who offer scuba diving, snorkeling etc from Huraa. we did the snorkeling nurse shark, stingray, dolphin watching and kayaking throughout our stay in Huraa.

Was a great experience honestly. Great customer service. Highly recommended if youre in Maafushi. The staff was very accommodating and did everything to make our stay feel like at home. Excursions were a plus and very fairly priced.

I think this is the best value for money deal on Huraa Island. From Male, it's a 20-minute speedboat ride (start from Male (jetty 6 opposite the airport). The speedboat captain from Male called the owner, Maten, and said we were on our way. Upon arrival at the island, an electric car was already waiting for us to take us to the hotel (free of charge). Since there were three of us with an adult son, they brought us an extra bed. The room is small but cozy, very clean and has everything: a shower with a toilet, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a heater (kettle), a TV (we didn't turn it on), a hairdryer, lots of towels and even an umbrella. Before entering, you can wash your feet, dry your clothes and sit outside. The room is cleaned every day. The owner, Maten, is extremely attentive and tries to please and help with any question. This is very pleasant! Breakfast is included in the price and Maten wanted to serve it to us in the room, but you can go yourself, as we did (to a nearby cafe). He saw us off every day and looked after us in the cafe. He can also offer a scooter in We have a rental service if you're too lazy to walk the 5-minute walk to the beach. By the way, our hotel, for now (more hotels are being built nearby, but it's quiet and doesn't interfere with our vacation), is located closest to the bikini beach (the coolest one on the island). If you see a swing in the water, that's it!

I want to leave a review about my stay at the Holiday Home Dhiffushi guest house in December 2024. I stayed for 7 days, it was very cozy, a small 2-storey building with a veranda for breakfast. The guys are great, they try their best to please, they offer a choice of breakfast: toast, scrambled eggs with tuna and sausage, or a Maldivian breakfast. I often chose the Maldivian one, these are flatbreads, coconut with tuna, beans in sauce. Coffee or juice. You can safely write to the director of Itu, he will help with everything, a very kind and helpful young man. If you want to save a little compared to other hotels on the island, then feel free to choose this guest house, a wonderful location, close to a deep beach, peace and quiet, you will definitely be satisfied. Upon request, they provide a sun lounger and an umbrella to the beach. Water is included 1.5 liters per person. The beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white and soft. The furniture is new. The room is very cost-effective, the boss is very good, we did not bring enough cash, the husband's visa card expired again, the boss helped us find a way to change cash, really touched.

An amazing stay. We've experienced hospitality like never before! Our host Mohamed went above and beyond for our family. The breakfast was great everyday because Mohamed went to culinary school, and he also kept our two toddlers entertained so much so that they would go out to find him first thing in the morning. He is a great company and a lovely person. The location was great for walking and exploring the island. there are shops in every direction. all in all, would definitely recommend for families. and especially muslims because Mohamed keeps it very clean and it is near a beautiful masjid
