Hotel Escala Siglo XXI is an old property but is a good option for the following reasons : - Excellent price for value - Convenient access from Mexico international airport - Spacious rooms with good light and good bed - Classical Mexican style hotel

Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money.

The hotel has no airconditiong, they have a fan though. A little bit hot . nice staff. Very convenient, close to the airport and to the Mercado.

Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours.

The hotel exceeded expectations and is suitable for business and family travel. The room is relatively new, but the water pressure is not good if you live on the 5th floor. The surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit complicated. If you travel by Uber or Didi, you don’t have to worry. The police cars in Mexico City sound the alarm all night to crack down on crimes, which also disturbs the public. In short, the culture is there, but the development is indeed backward. The English penetration rate is average. If you don’t know Spanish, you won’t be able to survive in Mexico. However, Chinese brands are doing well in Mexico, and there are advertisements of Chinese brands everywhere.

The environment is very good and the health is not bad.

It was fine. Clean room, clean private bathroom. I always buy the cheapest room. In this case, it had a window, but facing the hallway. Sometimes I try to get at least a window facing the street for good ventilation, but that option was much more expensive. They gave me two towels, and the toilet has a lever. Everything was fine. I paid approximately 900 euros a night, a bit pricey to be honest, but it's downtown. They don't have a laundry room, and at least this room didn't have air conditioning.

Very quiet , very nice and calm place. You can sleep here as long as you need. Chill and relax. Very tasty breakfasts. Yummy. Perfect place after the airport. Just 13 mins by taxi. Also the hotel is located close to the subway.

This is a great location with a reasonable price tag attached have stayed at both hotel pf and hotels and suites pf and there is a amazing reception who goes above and beyond her job to make sure the guests are well informed of the area from shopping to bars and clubs Itzel was definitely the person who made my stay a great one Would recommend hotel pf and to see Itzel with any questions or issues to get them solved

Overall it's OK, but sometimes the service quality is a little bit worse
