Price quality well, very central location at a square of the zocalo to move is great , need to improve attention from the display and care for cleaning there were residues from the previous guest , request a roll and never arrived , If you can improve the image of TV.
To use the air conditioning, you had to call the reception to get up, access the room and take/switch out the air or change the temperature.
At midnight there is no hot water and one day during the bathroom I stop out of the bathroom (neither hot nor cold)
There is no hair dryer in the hotel room, close to Sam's supermarket, and there is a Wal-Mart on the side. If you drive by car, there is a parking lot.
There is also a large shopping mall nearby
Breakfast is generally like, will be full.
On the first night of check-in, I found hair and shoe prints on the sheets. The front desk phone was called for an hour and no one answered. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a change of sheets. It was another hour and no one came. I went downstairs again to urge, and then someone changed the sheets.
We extended our stay with the hotel twice because it was quite a nice place to spend our time whole in Puebla. All staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. The AC, hot water, and water pressure were a bonus.
The location was nice for walks. There are many things to see and do close by. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel and quick drive to zocolo.
Should I return to Puebla, I would stay here again.
Good for a Short Stay
The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable.
That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.
No estuve mucho tiempo. Pero fue un lugar muy agradable, buena atención, lo mejor la vista desde las alturas, delicioso el buffet y en general todo bien.
