3-Star Hotels in Melaka, Malaysia

The problem here is the limited car parks. Lucky I'm able to parked near to hotel. Also, there's a mosque VERY near the hotel. So for non Muslim like me will get an early wake up call...

Overall the hotel is quite good It located near the Jonker street and affordable price for tourists facilities is excellent but the shampoo given smells weird So I suggest to bring your own one Have some nearby restaurants and they provide free parking so it’s quite convenient also.

We've stayed at Hotel Arissa many times since it's opening. Great location, friendly and helpful front desk, nice room, comfy bed. We love the smell once we enter the hotel lobby...after so many years, Hotel Arissa still maintaining the hotel well. That is why we keep staying here whenever we are in Melaka. Coway water dispenser was well provided at every lift entrance floor and that makes us convenient to get hot or cold water at any time. Thank you for fixing the toilet bowl so efficiently.

Base on the price is acceptable! Overall is ok, location is not too far away from town, then get cheaper price than town. Room is ok, air cool ok, shampoo and shower gel to be improved better quality . Book with breakfast, because not familiar there, disappointed that no have coffee machine, just coffee pack with hot water only, suggest the hotel need to investments the coffee machine for more choice, Coffee is important for breakfast . Food need to improve, must keep warm not just put food inside, then no keep warm, you can see from photos. Maybe you need to put a microwave for guest to do heat up themselves. A good thing is you have “ white porridges “ which was hot The staffs are no check spoon and forks, need to improve and re-training!

The staffs were friendly and helpful. It's a strategic location for travellers and a convenient and safe location for solo travellers. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The walls aren't soundproof however during my stay it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything is near the hotel, many restaurants, local markets, also the Melaka church isn’t too far from the hotel. I will consider to stay here again if I had time to visit Melaka again.

Good hotel with decent cleanliness & breakfast included in the room package. Would recommend should you need a short stay. Room & toilet : spacious with a king bed & 4 pillow provided. Iron & iron board provided in a room with spacious space for big luggage / working space. Toilet have no shower screen, old painting started to peel off. Towel provided. No designated parking for hotel but Majlis parking available in front of the hotel (payable via apps on day time). Breakfast : great selection of breakfast - Nasi Lemak, Kurt Teow Goreng, Wedges, Fried sausages, coffee tea, cereal, bread, salad station, fruits, soup/mee station. Only downside no egg station Other downside is you have to pay for RM10 should you need extra pillow Location wise is great - 5 minutes walk to local tourist attractions like A Famosa etc. lots of Adam Pedas shop selection within the hotel location as well. 10-15 mins walk to Mahkota Parade, local mall.

Location is very near town. Walking distance to restaurant. Clean is ok. But breakfast is very bad.

The room was spacious and comfortable to move around in. The facilities were relatively complete, although a bit old. The soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear street noise and even smell cigarette smoke from visitors outside. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. I'll continue to support them in the future.
