The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.But the hotel a bit run down.The big point is very nearby to jonker street below 1km working distance.

The location is very good, and the quality of the bed and pillows is comfortable. The air conditioning is strong, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. However, there are very limited parking spaces, and the hotel is located at a dead-end road, which makes driving in and out inconvenient.Breakfast was quite average. I asked the staff to cook the eggs more thoroughly, but it took a long time and was not done properly.

Cleanliness room need to improve further which i believe the hotel have done on new painting for all units/areas. Guests lift available 1x unit..with small capacity...and beware on your vehicles parking which a lot bird spread eapecially on your roof car😁..its like black magic drawer

Tempatnya ok.Tak sesak sgt. Sblm check in kena byr booking cash. Merata cari atm sbb atm pn xde cash. Ramai yg cashless skrg. Kalau dpt Qr pn ok. Hrp dpt improve la. Lewat sejam br dpt check in. Kolam mandi xde tempat sesuai utk budak. Agak dalam. Kena pantau betul2. Iron board semua luar bilik, air filter ada jgk luar bilik, bilik besar jugak, tp aircond lambat sikit rasa. Bilik air ok tp paip air problem, kita tolong baikikan. Dah ok. Makan pun ok, nasi lemak sedap. Tp kita biasa cari scramble egg klu g hotel, xde kat sini😂So far, ok je check in sini. Tqqqqq, gambar xsnap lgsg. Boleh la ape ada🤣

The front desk service was excellent; they even reminded us about the police issuing parking tickets and to remember to pay for parking. The room was cleaner than expected, and all the restaurants were conveniently within walking distance. Plus, we got a massage discount for staying there! 🤩🤩 I'd definitely stay here again!!

Arrived evening amd check inn was smooth. The room was great and cleanliness acceptable. Just parking had to find ourself. All was good and will return back in future.

Stayed at Arenaa Deluxe Hotel for a recent business trip with a co-worker, and it offered a pleasant and convenient experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and suited for a short business stay.
