The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area near Gaya Street, restaurants, and shopping spots. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained with everything we needed. Great value for money and perfect for both short and long stays in Kota Kinabalu. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again!

The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the amenities, which exceeded my expectations. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The atmosphere was relaxing and felt safe for solo travel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel is a bit dated, but it is very well-maintained. Its location is extremely convenient, right in the city center, and within walking distance to convenience stores and a variety of local eateries. There is free outdoor parking available, although spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The room is well-equipped with an ironing board, hairdryer, and even a bathtub. It also provides unlimited filtered water, which is very convenient, as well as a small refrigerator for storing cold drinks. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. The hotel lobby is standard but well-presented, giving a proper and professional impression. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The location is super convenient! There's a buffet, and right across the street is a night market on Saturdays and Sundays, plus a Sunday morning market. The beach is also nearby, along with tons of trendy cafes, Gaya Street, a huge mural, and even Suria Sabah and Imago shopping malls.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a full set of toiletries, plus plenty of hot water. The front desk staff are warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and they were very friendly. The overall environment is quiet, with good soundproofing, so I got a great rest. The price is affordable, and the facilities are complete and practical, making it incredible value. It's my top choice for business trips or travel, and I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu recently and had a really pleasant experience! ✨ The hotel is in a very strategic location right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to nearby food spots, shopping areas, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained after the renovation. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable stay in KK without overspending. Perfect for both business trips and short getaways. First time here. Everything was good and will repeat if happen to come sabah again. Plenty of foc car park.

My first stay here and I think would be my last too. Was actually requested a quiet room but still giving the room which facing the contrustion site. Noise of the construction site was up to 10pm+ and 5am+ the prayer from the nearby mosque will make you jump! Impressive with the location but not the room. Furnitures in room quite old but still acceptable, but cleanliness and maintenance was terrible. 1) Water leaks out from shower room to walkway via the wall. 2) Old and dirty toilet with mold 3) Malfunctioning light bulb 4) Stains on the towel ( sticky like chocolate, like unwashed) 5) Ants on table & bed! 6) Loosen door lock 7) Dirty chair

Overall the stay was okay and the place was comfortable. The location is good. There's many food courts nearby and very accessible if you want to go to KK town. The main downside is the parking. There was no parking available, which was quite inconvenient. I think this is something that really needs improvement, especially for guests who are driving. Other than the parking issue, everything else was fine. It was a great stay except for the parking. Thanksss

The hotel was very clean, with no unpleasant odors. I especially liked the fresh scent in the hallways. Most importantly, the bathroom was clean. Overall, I was very comfortable and satisfied. The downstairs restaurant (Quarter) food also very nice.
