Good Things: • Near Cat Statue, Tua Pek Kong Temple, Chinese History Museum, sarawak riverside • Location between wayang street & padungam street, so you explore both of street with alot of restaurant • Provide iron & table, hair dryer • No need access card to go the room floor • In front of the hotel will find a bus stop Need to improve: • Please provide toothpaste & toothbrush (not only sanitary bag, cotton bud & shower cap) • Please provide parking area for hotel customer (not only for apartment customer) • Elevator need to maintenance (feels like too old)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am beyond impressed with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a great atmosphere, which made it an ideal place to unwind. Additionally, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service provided throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable!

Hotel location is good the room is small although I request a good view and away from the lift ‘s room,but they give me a view of wall of building haha but the room is away from lift lah.The wifi is not stable sometime is good sometime is connect to wifi but the YouTubealso can’t use….as you can see the photo attached. The sound insulation is very poor. From 11 pm to around 12 pm, the nearby tenants will be very noisy. The sound of linglinglonglong and they talking loudly. But the water heater in the room is great. The water keeps hot. If you take a shower, the water will not suddenly become cold.The room provides two bottle water,coffee,shower cap and toothbrush.

While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities and the location was excellent. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it super convenient for both getting around and eating out. The only downside was the inconsistent hot water supply; it wasn't hot enough and quickly turned cold, which really impacted my shower experience. I hope they can improve their hot water system.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which made the whole experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the check-in process took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

The hotel environment is well-equipped, clean, and has beautiful views, located right in the city center. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The service is excellent, with friendly hotel staff. Thanks to the cleaner for the entire week I stayed at the hotel. Recommended!

Facilities: New. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The location is excellent, situated in what feels like an affluent neighborhood with a strong Chinese community presence. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, including some great street food stalls diagonally across from the back of the building and a very good Japanese restaurant. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful; I even borrowed a knife from them when I bought a watermelon. The only minor issue was that it seemed like a neighboring unit was undergoing renovations. There was some drilling noise around 8-9 AM, but it wasn't a major disruption, and I imagine it will be finished soon. However, there were some ants 🐜 in the room, especially noticeable near the bed. I hope the hotel can find an effective solution for this, as it could really impact their reputation, especially since the location is fantastic and the overall environment is great. If the ant issue is resolved, it would be a perfect stay!

It was our first time checking in at Roxy Serian. Overall, the hospitality was great, even though there were some small incidents that happened during our check-in. Luckily, the FO staff immediately offered to change our room. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, which is so important when you’re working in the tourism field. Regarding the room, it was okay. Maybe the maintenance team should always check the air conditioning units, specifically. Also, the room could use a little bit of touching up. The breakfast? It was superb! Especially the laksa and nasi goreng. Nice work, F&B team! It was a pleasant stay, and I will definitely come again in the future. Worth every penny. Thank you, Roxy! ✨🥰

This hotel is my priority stay in bintulu.The hotel staff are very friendly always, cozy room, convenience for shopping at Farley and Everise. Very great location, convenience for shopping at Farley and Everise. There are some nice restaurants surrounding as well. In addition, the hotel serves nice breakfast!

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping was good and fast too. The minor issue was during the breakfast buffet as the condiments were too little. Afterall, it was a great stay and location.
