Terrible hospitality and a terrible welcome.
After booking and paying for the room on your website, I received a request from the hotel to pay for sheets and towels or else I had to bring my own. I paid €39.95.
I had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late that evening due to my flight to Brussels, and they kindly left my room key in a key safe. Unfortunately, with strong rain and wind at 10 pm, I spent over an hour trying to open the key safe, but the code they sent me was incorrect. I found another key safe, and the code worked, but the key was missing.
I had breakfast included in the room, and I was asked to pay for the only two breakfasts I had, but I refused, showing my reservation. Now I have received an email from the hotel asking me to pay the tourist tax for two people, even though I was the only guest.

Unfortunately, a boyfriend was found in the hotel, which also fell very noisy (with alcohol etc.). The atmosphere was very boring. We had also booked a double bed. However, there were 2 single beds in the room. At the request of the reception, we were consoled the next day because the lady wouldn't know the rooms and the hotel was booked. On the evening we wanted to eat something at 21:30 in the restaurant. We were surprised to see no one there - despite booked hotel. At request we received the map with the statement that the kitchen was closed because it was too little to get. The next morning we will be at the reception because of the ”false room” . Then we were told there would be no room with double bed, but this would be only in one suite. I showed that I had booked it. ”Will it be a mistake we don't have this thing here” ... Breakfast until 11:00 was not especially since there was no sweet food like marmelade, nuttela was already available at 10:00. At request the staff began to look for but it was simply nothing more available. Very bad, we are used to something very different from Fletcher from Vlissingen and other Fletcher hotel in Renesse ! The staff was friendly but the hotel we will not be any more visit.

Prima boutique hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De suite was goed maar de bovenburen kon je erg goed horen lopen. Ontbijt goed en parkeerfavoliteit voldoende. Locatie rustig en dat zochten wij.

Betonnen blokkendoos.
Op basis van de foto’s en omschrijving dacht ik in een klassiek sfeervol pand te overnachten. In eerste instantie wordt die indruk bevestigd totdat je naar je kamer wordt verwezen: de zijdeur ipv de trap waarna je een soort dependance inloopt en blijkt dat je in ee , via de z een aangebouwd betonnen

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Eating was very good and pleasant that there are also free private parking. Bikes could be well removed and possibly loaded. Location of the hotel is fine. Wifi in the room could improve.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel vraiment sympathique, un calme à 200 % donc les commentaires que j’avais vu, c’est totalement faux pour skier du service petit déjeuner au top. Merci au niveau de la réception aussi malgré notre anglais très limité et les chambres parlent d’elle-même, rien à dire et la piscine bonus magnifique et très propre il y a même une petite salle ou des enfants peuvent jouer à côté. À très bientôt.

Personeel vriendelijk Doir de grite drukte kreeg je tijden om te ontbijten. Kortom redelijk hitel voir een overnachting. Geen uitschieter. Wel prima bedden en badkamer.
