"This hotel is the middle of Tromso to Reina Town, and is a quite good transit rest point. The room is big enough, my family lives in a triple room, and there is an extra supermarket on the side. I rent a car from Tromso to Reina Town, and live here in the middle. In fact, it should be from the port of Tromso, take the boat to the pier next to this f2 hotel, and then rent a car, so that you can rent a car for two days less. The boat information can be found in the svipper app, but the risk is that the weather is not good and the boat will stop. The triple room price is more than 700, which is really cheap. The front entrance of the hotel and the left hand side of the door are the same numbered parking lot. You can park with easy park. I only spent 50 yuan rmb one night. This hotel is basically more than 6 hours drive from Troms or Elainesen Roble Hotel. The room was very clean and I saw a cleaning person. No other waiters. This hotel is really cost-effective."

LL688688This hotel deserves a perfect 100! Our room faced the sea directly. I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration when booking, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a handwritten card and some delicious macarons, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The location is excellent too; it's a great place to stay even without a car.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

MMaximilian M.Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming.
Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

MMintThe facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

XXianyuaichihuluoboMake sure to book this hotel in advance! I booked it for 1500 (presumably NOK) in November, and by February, the price had jumped to 2300. The room is indeed small, but considering its location and the cost of living in Northern Europe, I think it's excellent value for money – much better than Paris. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to McDonald's, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The #40 bus stop, just 200 meters away, takes you directly to the airport (30 NOK, you can tap and pay on board). Most importantly, absolutely add the breakfast – it might just be the best quality meal you'll have in Tromsø.

IILYLWHYA great place to stay, though the uphill walk to the building can be a bit challenging. The property is clean, even with shared toilets and showers. I appreciated the shared kitchen and the free laundry. The complimentary cookies, coffee, and tea were a nice touch and really made a difference. Oliver at reception was especially helpful and provided plenty of useful information. I would definitely recommend staying here

GGuest UserThe hotel was wonderful. We arrived from Paris very late, almost 11 pm, and the hotel staff patiently guided us through check-in. Since it was so late, we asked her where the nearest supermarket was, and she immediately sent us the location. She was also very patient on the phone, telling us where the microwave was. The key point is that the hotel is incredibly close to the supermarket!! Just two minutes away! Who knows how valuable that distance is in Norway?! And across the bridge is the Arctic Cathedral, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the meeting point for all activities! We truly stayed in a hotel where everything was excellent! Norway is such a pleasant and memorable place!

AAnonymous UserFantastic view and spacious room. Arctic Inn sits right in front of the fjord. We saw mountains, birds and water when we woke up. The room is quiet. Lars, the owner, and his team are friendly and accommodating. When asked in advance, Lara will be happy to prepare a vegan meal. There is a gym and pool table for winding down inside. Quite a few local hikes around. Very much recommended.

Ttsun hitsujiGreat hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.
