Check-in and check-out are both self-service. It's about a 6-7 minute walk from Bergen train station, and there's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Staying on a higher floor was quite quiet. The room was relatively clean, though a bit small – just enough space to open a 20-inch suitcase. Also, note that the room door doesn't lock immediately when closed; you have to wait a moment.

The hotel's location is super convenient. You can take the #1 tram from the airport directly to a stop just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Don't judge it by five-star or four-star standards. It offers excellent value for money, with many large supermarkets nearby and the fjord pier just a few minutes' walk away.
The hotel is actually behind a small building, so you have to walk around the front to get to it.
Hygiene: Very good. The bathroom and bedding were clean.
Why is this place a more famous place to stay? I don't understand it until now. He has a camping RV camp, but this place itself has no scenery. Then, there are not many restaurants. We ate one and it was particularly unpalatable. The whole town was particularly desolate. It didn't feel interesting. In short, I think there is no advantage here except for the cheap price.

For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.
This is a hotel that should give full marks in any aspect. The front desk clerk was warm and friendly, and the hotel even prepared refreshments and coffee in the lobby for every guest. The room is large and comfortable, the LCD TV is super large, the view outside the window is chic, free parking and charging piles. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The operator of this hotel offers service quality beyond the hotel level, which is great!
A comfortable room... And I only had a standard room facing the mountain. Two comfortable armchairs for relaxing after long days of hiking were worth their weight in gold. A nice bathroom with a large shower. Overall, the room was above average in size. Breakfast was good. Unless a cruise ship was docked (usually around 7:30 a.m.), you could also have a view of the fjord from the breakfast room.

Great stay! The room very neat and clean. The hotel was easy to locate and well situated. The lounge area was very nice and even had free coffee. That was the best. Walking 3 flights of stairs with a heavy bad was a bit challenge after a long flight. All in all, great stay!

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions from the door. It is a bit far from the train station. It is inconvenient to walk with luggage. It is about a 20-minute walk. However, it is quite far from the airport. Taking a taxi is quite expensive. Four people per car Calculated, the fare is about 800 yuan. There is an airport bus that can take you out of the city center. The fare is 220 yuan per person, which is surprisingly expensive. The breakfast is rich and the food is of good quality. In this super expensive city, the price of this hotel is reasonable. Reasonable!

JJoBettyExcellent location. 3-5min walk to tram #1 that takes you to the airport for an affordable price. Walk behind towards harbour, you will see Bryygen & fish market, all within 5-10min walk. After fish market is the 5hr ferry to flam, Norled. Train station is 15-20min walk beyond the fpuntain/pond.
Room is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, as the sofa can sleep 2. The dish washer was not cleaned out & the dishes were left quite dirty from previous guests. I did a clean up of the kitchenette & sanitised the room myself. The next guest will be pleased. They did clear the garbage daily & reception was very helpful. Washing machine was not functioning well but you can still wash. Took abt two rounds, and it's free, just buy the laundry pods from reception.
A small supermarket Rema1000 is nearby and there were plenty of food choices around, incl mcdonalds.
All in all, we were pleased with the lodging.
GGuest UserFacilities: Complete, everything you need
Hygiene: Cleaned every day, towels and bedding are relatively clean
Environment: Downtown, some noise from the street at night is acceptable.
There was also a fire alarm, everyone went downstairs, but no hotel staff explained the reason, and there was no staff
Service: There is no front desk, you need to check in by yourself or go to the front desk of the chain hotel 200 meters away, which is inconvenient. Checking in at midnight may be troublesome

RryetravelsComfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!
IIRIS YWCThe location is right next to the bus stop and pier, but the room is about a 4-minute walk from the lobby/outdoor area. The room is quite new, but the soundproofing isn't very good. The breakfast selection is extremely limited; the only redeeming feature is the view from the outside.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right opposite the station, very convenient. I stayed in a room facing the lake and had a small balcony. The scenery from there was very beautiful. My friends who were traveling with me originally stayed in a room facing the mountain. After coordinating with the service staff, they helped them change to a room facing the lake. The service quality was very good!
