WWill ErnestThe rooms were clean and activities were fun. We were left at the airport with no communication that the shuttle we booked from them broke down. The hotel is also very strict about the food and drinks you bring in.

ZZhenwuThere is no summer or a comforter, and there is only a thin sheet.
Breakfast is bread-based and there is a little conflake.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a good area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tierra Viva and could definitely go back there in the future.

GGuest UserEverything was fine, but the room was missing a lot of things. There's no iron (they offer an ironing service, but it's quite expensive per item), no hairdryer, and no air conditioning in the room I was assigned. I feel these are basic amenities that a hotel of this type should have, and which I've always found in every other hotel I've visited around the world.
