GGuest UserFirst time to be here and to stay in legazpi. So I am clueless about the place. At first, I had doubts and had second thoughts about the place but when I searched the place I was amazed because it's accessible to banks and malls. Above all, I like their bed, toilet and the security of the place especially since I am solo traveling. The toilet is spacious and clean. The bed is so comfy. And the staff is so friendly and nice. I will for sure stay here again.

HHey its MkheiismOur stay at The Proxy was nothing short of memorable. The highlight for me was definitely their breakfast buffet. Even though I’m usually a late breakfast person around 9 AM, I made it a point to wake up early just to enjoy it. It became one of the daily limelights of my vacation. Totally worth adjusting my routine!
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially their manager, Pat Bruzo. They didn’t just welcome us warmly, but also handled last-minute additional bookings for my husband’s family since we were there for our wedding. That kind of service really makes a difference.
Dining at The Proxy Bar turned out to be a hidden gem. Compared to eating outside, it was more affordable, with bigger servings and better flavors. For example, dining out at the mall cost us around ₱2000 for just three dishes (3 kids and 4 adults). At The Proxy, we had a feast. Food and drinks galore for 5 kids and 6 adults & it was less than ₱3000. We couldn’t even finish everything! Truly mas sulit.
Because of these experiences, it’s become our tradition: every time we go home to Bicol, we make sure to stay at The Proxy. It feels like our second home now.

PPrimomoreSuch a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic.

The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

MmarianinyaqMy dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^

NNatalia_ekbFriendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.
Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.
