The water pressure was not good. Overall the stay was nice and the staff are accomodating

Squeaky clean, spacious room but 2 twin beds produce creaking sounds at the slightest movements; maybe also be improved with wall decors; Friendly, accommodating staff; Old and very noisy aircon; Very old TV set with only one channel (locked, including its volume); Food is average with very few choices.

Good points: 1. Pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too bulky. I was able to sleep well because of the pillows. 2. The place was not noisy so it was very peaceful for me. 3. The staffs were actually accommodating and welcoming. They immediately attend to our needs. 4. The room was very spacious for 4 people. Points for improvement: 1. Bathroom door was broken - this was reported to their front desk and they immediately went up to the room to check (which is a thumbs up for the service part). I suggest, they should thoroughly check first the rooms before accommodating guests. 2. They should have a landline per room to be able to contact the front desk for any needs. They should also inform the guests upon check-im how to contact the front desk. 3. Restaurant food is a little pricey. 4. Airconditiong was not cool enough for some of us.

stayed overnight before my flight to cebu, and it was so fun. by booking here on Trip, i saved money 😁 PS: ALL the staff are so kind and accommodating

The facilities are so laa laa, bathroom is inconceivable, very bad. The situation is not bad. Personal are friendly 👌🥂

Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel. Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

The lights were too dim. Not ideal since we have child. The floor in the bathroom were too slippery not good for children when taking a bath. No floor mats to dry our feet after shower. And no other amenities too boring.

Amazing treatment from the staff I would love to stay their again

We enjoyed our stay at Avior Hotel. The staff were very nice. The location was perfect. The free collection at the airport was very useful. The rooms were big enough. The bed was comfortable but I think it was two single beds pushed together hence the bed sheets kept coming off. The shower was okay but the water was cold. Breakfast was alright but pretty basic and the staff weren’t very efficient clearing tables and preparing new ones. We struggled to find a table on our second day and had to ask for cutlery which the staff happily provided. Check out was quick and easy.

Half an hour taxi from gensan kcc . Staff happy and helpful, clean comfortable room ,clean stoney beach , pool and spa not clean due to thier holiday season . Food is simply yummy and affordable
