The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

It is within walking distance to the central area. The room has a balcony and the bedding is clean. The style is relatively old and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the snoring of the neighbors next door. I did not use the parking lot and swimming pool, so I will not comment.

Very good location in the centre of ponta delgada, the swimming pool and spa is lovely, privat parking is positif value for guest who stay in the hotel,all reception in good, and give us many information about everything in ponta degalda..very recomended to stay while in azores

Disappointment. Of good: Clearly, there is parking. What's bad. The settlement is just horror. The check-in was at 7 p.m., so the keys were lying on the resepschen. The hotel is a number of buildings located next to each other with different entrances, variable floors and finding the right room - a task is extremely difficult. Since the instructions where the number is located nowhere, it was not sent in advance, and the texts simply did not answer, it was necessary to run in the dark hour until the owners allowed to answer and send the video instruction. They said they had no current email , but the instructions for opening the gate were sent!!! Recommendation to the hosts: make a plan to accommodate rooms in the hotel and leave them in a visible place on the respiratory to avoid such situations. About the room: horror. They gave a small room 6 dark, semi-bathroom, one small window comes out to the back of the farmyard, which makes it impossible to open and even curtains can't open because you can see and your appearance is so. The same problem with the window in the bathroom. Right next to the window, there are several huge noisy air conditioners. In short, you had to live the life of a moth in the full darkness under the light of the lamp. Saved that all day in the drive. The room has no closet, teapot and appliances in the common kitchen in the hallway. By the way, the light in the general rooms is set up so that it is turned on when moving and is turned off in two seconds. Well you understand that in the evening you can only go to the hotel with your lantern. I do not recommend it.

Para el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta. La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies.

Cozy, quiet hotel. Very helpful staff. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, you can warm up after a cool winter walk. The staff helps with organizing excursions, it's great. I would like more variety at breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Thank you for your hospitality 🤗
