The location of the hotel is not easy to find, you need to drive. There is free parking at the entrance of the hotel. This place is close to the seaside, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean; the attitude of the front desk staff is very good.

For the price, was decent, beds were slightly uncomfortable but bearable, toilet seat had marks on it, the shower kept filling the bathtub up, made for a slightly unpleasant shower, and the lightning in the room was slightly dimmer than I would like. Other than that, friendly and welcoming staff, good location

Nice three-star hotel. Room 422 is still completely redone.
This hotel did not disappoint me as many people reported.
Quiet room, good Wi-Fi and functional bathroom.
A hearty breakfast, but served on the table due to the coronavirus.
Beautiful swimming pool with good temperature (very pleasant in hot weather)
Apart from a somewhat cold welcome, there is nothing to complain about.

Good location just off from the main area, so it is nice e and quiet. Hotel is absolutely spotless and would stay here again. Only onr mild issue is the skateboard ramps a the back of property but they only seem to be used in frequently and never late at night.

Great location with a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the fire door at the downstairs corridor entry which bang during the night. Otherwise this hotel is perfect.
Breakfast was also great with a fine choice.

This hotel is a little gem. very clean and within good walking distance for bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was freshly cooked bacon and eggs and a variety of breads and continental meats.
But the best thing about this place is the STAFF.
They are polite, cheerful , helpful and all very knowledgeable about the area.
Its an ideal spot for exploring or just relaxing. I will be returning hopefully in September and am really looking forward to
staying there again.

Perfect airport hotel with beach access – and booked flawlessly through Trip.com! ★★★★★ I picked this hotel for an early 6 a.m. flight out of Faro Airport, and it was the ideal choice. It’s only ~3 km from the terminal yet incredibly quiet – I never heard a single plane. The real surprise is the location: just a 1-minute walk to a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets and a few lovely beachfront bars and cafés. Check-in and check-out were fast and friendly. The English-speaking staff even helped carry my four heavy suitcases to the room without me asking. I got a decent sea-view room with plenty of space for all my luggage, effective air conditioning (that doubles as heating), and a bathroom with a bathtub. At 3 a.m. I easily got an Uber to the airport (tip: mention lots of luggage when booking the ride so a larger car is sent). A quick note on booking: I’m a long-time user of other booking websites, but this time I tried Trip.com for both the flight and the hotel. The pricing was completely transparent – exactly what you see is what you pay, with no nasty surprises at checkout like I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m officially switching to Trip.com from now on! Fantastic value, perfect location, and wonderful staff. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I fly from Faro. Highly recommended! Obrigado! 🌅✈️

The hotel was fantastic—spotlessly clean, with my room tidied daily. The breakfast and facilities were excellent. They also allowed me to store my luggage after check-out and continue using the swimming pool and lounge. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

MMary Puscas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in Faro! Our stay at A da Avó Guest House was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless — the cleanliness was truly immaculate. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully maintained, and fully air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Can’t wait to return — highly recommended!

The apartment had an excellent location with 2-3 min walk to the beach and to Deep Dish courts. We also had a lovely view of the sea. The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In our 4 night stay we even got a cleaning done once which was a nice surprise as we didn't expect it. Both balconies were nice size. And great place to have a breakfast in the morning. The only major downside to the room was lack of washing machine.

The hotel is conveniently located. We got a huge apartment with a separate bedroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, it was on the ground floor, but that wasn't a problem. A good supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach is 2 minutes away, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of new dishes, a frying pan, and pots in excellent condition, along with a new electric stove. The internet worked without any issues. Some downsides: no slippers, tiled floors, no drinking water in the room, and no toothbrushes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in November, and it was inexpensive. The room was clean. If you're on a budget, this is a great option.
