Хороший отель, качество обслуживания и обстановка вполне соответствуют своему классу. Минус - очень далеко от центра. Если хочется гулять по городу или планируешь деловые встречи, нужно закладывать время на переезды. Второй минус - завтраки. В Грозном Сити - за ту же цену завтраки гораздо вкуснее и разнообразнее.

The room was booked in the Continent, but when the settlement was placed in the continent 2 (is across the road), respectively the view on the lake was not, from the window view on the wall two meters from the window! The room is normal, purely enough, but the adventure began at night - at three o'clock in the night behind the window the generator was turned on and all night until the morning there was vibration and noise as from drill. If you have the option, choose another hotel

A brand new hotel, run by the whole family, each one of them was so helpful. Only drawback, it is a bit out of central area. It does not exist on Google maps, and taxi drivers had hard time finding it. Satnav (Google driving directions do not work most of the time! ). Breakfast buffet was great. Next door there was an excellent Uzbek restaurant!  Unfortunately Website is only in Russian. Most of Chechens don’t speak English, so have a translation app that works offline on your mobile phone. We actually stayed four nights (moved from Grozny Central hotel to Hayat, because the former had malfunctioning elevator) Highly recommended 

Rest in the luxurious room. Excellent location next to the formidable Moll cinema shops, etc. Excellent service in the hotel, on request settled in 12.00 tc room was free and removed by this time. Excellent breakfast large choice of snacks. Everything is super, stay here always. I recommend.

Очень хороший отель недалеко от аэропорта, никаких запахов в номере, очень чисто , очень тихо,администратор и женщины столовой очень приветливые, очень вкусно по домашнему, спасибо Вам

Location close to the center, 15 minutes walk. A comfortable mattress and pillows, which is important. Big room. Delicious breakfasts despite the fact that the hotel itself is small. If we are in Grozny, stop again

Отель отличный, не первый раз там, до центра минут 20 пешком! Рекомендую
