Guest UserI was on a business trip to Kaliningrad, Russia. The hotel wasn't too remote, and it was generally clean, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquito bites.

Это был один из лучших отелей, где я останавливалась, а лучшим его сделали сотрудники отеля, которые были вежливыми, добрыми, гостеприимными! Я почувствовала себя как дома. Я приехала в Зеленоградск, чтобы отдохнуть душой и телом, и мне так повезло, что я выбрала именно Ваш отель! Спасибо огромное за всё! Номер очень большой и светлый, есть все удобства, от центра минуты 2-3, до моря минут 5. Мне всё очень понравилось ❤️❤️❤️

In Kaliningrad for the first time. According to good tradition, I booked a network hotel. Everything is wonderful. Location, service, cleanliness. With breakfast there was a minuscule. In fact, instead of the stated on the site 600r, the cost of breakfast per person is 1500r. I was not in principle relevant. In the rest of five!

Guest UserVery convenient location near the stop. Shops are also nearby - Bristol. There is a smooth board in the room, but there is no tug, you need to go to the resepshne.
The cleaning was done daily, but already in the settlement and further, apparently did not wash the floor. It was dirty enough.
I would still recommend adding one-time slippers in such a case.

Of the pluses:
Location
The polite staff.
Defects: First of all, the photo on the site does not match the reality. From the building outside and everything else.
There is no toilet in the rooms, a common shower.
There are no one-time slippers, there are no one-time toothbrushes, pasta and even Gela and champoo, there is nothing!!!! except soap.
The floors in the room were dirty.
The bed is generally clean and comfortable.
Furniture is old, all such old.
The common kitchen is clean overall, little dishes, didn't find a second glass to drink water. As if the guest should bring everything with him . Simply horrible. At the same time the room is quite spacious enough to make a mini kitchen with a bar, etc. Because there was a sink in the room. The hot water the next morning was not available , I couldn't even wash.
In the room one work socket, the rest just not working , it is room number 7
The price is not in line with quality.
For such a room I gave 5,000 years for one night that in general is very expensive I consider for such a hotel.
The price of him is 500 rubles a day no more. This is my opinion. Next look a little real photo of the room.

Звездность этого отеля на trip.com- 3*, что наиболее соответствует правде. До 5 звезд (как это значится на входе гостиницы) - точно не дотягивает и тому много причин: это и качество подушек, косметики, тапочек, прочих аксессуаров. Если вы были в реальных 5 звездах, то поймете о чем этот комментарий.
В остальном - чисто, приятно глазу, вкусно, но было бы честнее по отношению к гостям все же позиционировать себя не как 5 звезд, а хотя бы 4* (тогда и отрицательных отзывов в интернете было бы меньше). За эти деньги (15 тыс за сингл) точно не вернусь, но за ценник раза в два меньше - возможно. Для примера, проведу аналогию с похожим по концепту Хартманом Светлогорска - он на порядок дешевле и соответствует уровню 3-4*.
P.S: хваленый где-то в отзывах Бенедикт на завтраках- только по меню ала-карт и в завтрак не входит (что тоже как бы камешек в огород несоответствия заявленной звездности)
