This was my second stay at Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina during the same trip, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. This time I booked a different room category, which had a modern design and was equally comfortable. The room was very clean, well-organized, and the attention to detail in the decor made the space feel welcoming.
The hotel is located very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it easy to walk to the المسجد for prayers within minutes. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, which adds a lot of convenience during the stay.
One of the highlights this time was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, including local Saudi dishes and international choices. The dining area was calm, clean, and well-managed.
💡 Tip: If you are driving, check parking availability in advance as the area can get busy. Also, booking early or through travel platforms may help you find better deals, especially during peak seasons."

The basement parking was very convenient and made everything easy for my family. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Afiqah AlhusayniSuch a humble accommodation from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist gave us a “suite” connecting room since we came with our family.
Housekeeping was always accessible and would come clean your trash every now and then when you place it outside.
There are quite a number of eateries and a cafe around the hotel without going further.
We chose this hotel because it’s a straight walk to Masjid Nabawi from this place and only 2 streets away and close to the ladies’ gate.

I payed for a 2 room signature suite. The rooms were very small. Not enough sockets, could only open the the fridge a fraction as the bed was in the way. The safe didn’t work properly either.

I was really impressed with the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and always had a pleasant smell all the time. Rooms were very spacious, even the bathroom was very big. Room had a safe, ironing board and tge complementary tea, coffee and water bottles, which I thought was a nice touch.
Staff were very friendly, both the housekeeping and on reception. Always made you feel welcome and always offering to help. There are 4 lifts, which are quite fast but during peak times can take a while to get in and out of them. But to work around that, you just leave earier for prayers, Masjid Nabawi is less than 5 minutes away, so location was excellent and you have all eatery close by.

Guest UserIf you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and go pray. We were made to wait a few hours by reception for an early check-in, but then the hotel owner himself came, saw us dozing off in the lobby, tired, and sternly warned reception, getting us our room immediately. The hotel owner even pointed out his office, saying to come to him if we had any problems. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are spacious, making it suitable for families. Breakfast is sufficient and filling. We would choose this hotel again.

Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer

Ashraf alshawiBetter than excellent place in terms of cleanliness. The bed is very comfortable, and the building is brand new, ماشاءالله (mashallah, an expression of admiration). The staff member was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Plus, it's close to restaurants and cafes.

Guest UserThis hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours.
