I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

🏨 Comfortable Stay & Great Service Near the Mosque 🏨 ⸻ This was my second stay at Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina during the same trip, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. This time I booked a different room category, which had a modern design and was equally comfortable. The room was very clean, well-organized, and the attention to detail in the decor made the space feel welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it easy to walk to the المسجد for prayers within minutes. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, which adds a lot of convenience during the stay. One of the highlights this time was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, including local Saudi dishes and international choices. The dining area was calm, clean, and well-managed. 💡 Tip: If you are driving, check parking availability in advance as the area can get busy. Also, booking early or through travel platforms may help you find better deals, especially during peak seasons.

The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries, and the daily housekeeping was thorough. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – an excellent variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly every morning. The hotel’s location is also ideal – close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room. Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer

Better than excellent place in terms of cleanliness. The bed is very comfortable, and the building is brand new, ماشاءالله (mashallah, an expression of admiration). The staff member was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Plus, it's close to restaurants and cafes.

This hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.

Our family has a great stay here while performed Umrah and visited Madinah. The room is small but clean and has many amenities. Very near to nabawi mosque especially gate no 320. It's walking distance to buggy car for quba mosque and restaurant. The staff in restaurant very attentive and watch carefully every guest so they can had best experience, although not so many Asian food option. The staff in the hotel is really kind and helpful too. Feeling happy to stay here.
