3-Star Hotels in Stockholm county, Sweden

Although it's far from the city center, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and bus stop. There was coffee and tea available in the common area, and cooking utensils were also provided, which was great. Personally, I liked that they offered free towel rentals. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Stockholm!! They also store luggage before and after check-in, but it's just left in the hallway like this, where lots of people pass by, and it's not visible from the reception, so I was a little scared that anyone could steal it (lol).

I booked a double room this time, and it was spacious enough to fully open our suitcases. Overall, the room's amenities were great. There was a hairdryer (stored in a black bag), bedside lamps and outlets, and hangers. A minor drawback was that extra towels cost money, and there were many other paid services (which I didn't look into carefully). Check-in and check-out times were very busy, and we had to queue for a long time (even though there were self-service kiosks next to the counter, nobody seemed to know about them). Luggage storage also costs money, and although there seemed to be a lot of space, it wasn't quite enough (especially for large suitcases). I'd recommend considering this.

Well positioned, relatively modern hotel with everything you need. Windowless room however didn’t feel cramped or claustrophobic. Simple rooms with shared amenities downstairs. Note there is currently construction outside the hotel (did not hear any noise from the room but view potentially obstructed if you do have a window).

The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.

I chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.

Fabulous, small hotel in a quiet yet convenient part of the city. Currently undergoing renovations (Jam 26) this affects weekdays only at the moment and despite some peripheral preparatory work we were not disturbed at all. Our room on the first floor was a standard double but was roomy, very clean and really nicely decorated and fitted out. Coffee and tea facilities in room were perfect and a minibar had a few essentials in it and room to provide you own too. Staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I have even had the pleasure to have met! Breakfast is an essential at the hotel as it is fabulous despite no pastries 🤔but with some of the best cakes at every cafe you pass you won’t miss out. Hot food, waffles, cereal, real bröd, cold cheese and meats as well as a dedicated gluten free station. Pedestrianised street 100m away as well as the main road of Sveavagen within 5 minutes walk where you can find the metro station, Coop, and any number of bars and restaurants. Ask about the gym and sauna that is provided by a nearby facility. All in all 100% if you don’t want to be in the old town and like a wander

The receptionists were really friendly and flexible during our entire stay. The originally allocated room was too small for us, and then the receptionist kindly accepted our offer to change to a bigger room. The lift occasionally stopped the service, which was a bit inconvenient. The drainage of the shower room was a bit slow and we needed to wait for some time until the water was completely gone. The shower temperature was a bit colder than I’m used to.

We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our quick vacation in Stockholm this April 2024. Motel L is stylish, reasonably priced and conveniently located. Upon entering the hotel, we were impressed by the contemporary design of the lobby and the carpeted floors. Our check in experience was a breeze. At 15 sqm, our room was on the small side but it was never lacking in style – there were two comfortable Carpe Diem beds and a rainshower in the bathroom. The soundproofing was also excellent affording us two restful nights. The location is unbeatable – there’s a coffeeshop (Espresso House) and a supermarket (ICA Supermarket) right next door. And the Martensdal tram station is just literally outside the hotel, like less than 50 steps away. It usually took us 20-30 minutes to get to T-Centralen. We were very pleased with Motel L and would never hesitate to come back here. Also worth mentioning are the warm and friendly staff. Shout out to May who really charmed us with her personality during our stay!

EXCELLENT LOCATION, KIND STAFFS, UNIQUE AND SPECIAL EXPERIENCE OF STAYING AT YAUT HOTEL FLOATING THE SEA. ESPECIALLY, FOR ME, THE LOUBGE THAT I COMFORTABLY, MOODILY SPENT, SEEING THE PICTURESQUE, ANTIQUE BUILDINGS AROUND & ACROSS THE HOTEL WAS BEST.

Hotel in a good location, very clean, with a good breakfast buffet. However, it should be noted that the windows of the bedrooms are locked and cannot be opened to let fresh air in, while the heating system is centralized and cannot be adjusted individually. In addition, some of the hotel rules are rather unusual and inconvenient for guests, such as the obligation to book the breakfast time slot the day before, and also to request room cleaning one day in advance. Overall, it feels unnecessarily restrictive and uncomfortable for the customer experience. No welcome kit was provided, not even basic amenities such as a toothbrush or slippers, neither in the room nor upon request. The room was also very small non space even in the floor for a trolley and luggage for two person
