This was my second stay at this hotel. On this occasion the room was overlooking the pool. I preferred the room I was allocated on my first visit, as it was in a newer portion of the hotel and in a more private area. However, anyone with children who enjoy swimming may like this location better as the rooftop pool is almost level to this room balcony. This was room 315, and during the day the noise from those enjoying the pool is intrusive, also there is no privacy on the balcony, and one must keep the curtains closed if privacy in the room is required. Saying that, on this particular visit we would not be spending much time in the room, so I did not ask to be moved, which I may have done on another occasion. The room itself is a good size, as are most in this hotel. The balcony is spacious. Unlike the room on my previous visit, this one needs a little attention. Repairs have been made in the bathroom and the finish is not good, with patches of plaster and grout over the tiles and repaired areas. It looks scruffy and dirty. The shower head needs a good descale, or better still, replacing or upgrading. Also loose wiring, which I belive once serviced a telephone in the bathroom, is still loosely dangling down the wall. This time I did not book breakfast, so will not comment on that. The front desk staff are fine. Registering was simple, and I was courteously attended to when phoning down to extend my stay by one night. There is no food offered here except breakfast, which is understandable given the location, as there are one hundred and one places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel entrance, and that is not an exaggeration. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable cost, but well under par as to my last visit, and my expectations, due to my preference of room location and the poor maintainece of the room itself. More attention to detail is required by management. Would I stay again? I doubt it, unless it was based purely on location and I needed to be in this area. I'm sorry to say this time the hotel fell short of my previous experience and I will be inclined to seek alternative accommodation in the future. (I live in Thailand and visit Pattaya frequently). To cap this review, the owners/management need to inspect, correct, replace, and renew many items before the hotel takes on that rundown, uncared for, and unkempt look and guests, like myself, look for better maintained accomadation.

Na Jomtien
It is a cozy truly dog friendly resort with bungalows. We stayed with two large dogs and felt very welcome. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is good with lots of shops, restaurants and thong to do around.

Central Pattaya
The room was well priced, well decorated and a decent size. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom big enough as well. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were great, not least because I had them to myself for the majority of my stay! The food was good quality with a range of Thai/European/American dishes. Overall, a very nice hotel located just outside where the nightlife is so you won't hear music when you are trying to sleep. However, this is only half the picture. The staff at this hotel treated me more like family than a guest during my stay. They are the kindest hosts I have ever encountered out of any hotel I have stayed at - with a special mention for Aunty Mod who was always sweet and helpful and really pleasant to talk to. I will be sad to leave in a couple of days and have told them as much, but I will return.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Pattaya and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key highlights and areas for improvement based on my stay: Location: 5/5 The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach and close to several shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. Rooms: 4/5 The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, reflecting the standard Ibis quality. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate for a short stay. However, the rooms are somewhat small, which might be a concern for guests planning a longer visit or those traveling with a lot of luggage. Service: 4/5 The staff at Ibis Pattaya were friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception was always ready to assist with any inquiries. Housekeeping did a commendable job, keeping the room tidy and well-stocked with essentials. Facilities: 3.5/5 The hotel offers basic facilities, including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The pool area is nice, though it can get crowded at times. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast buffet with a variety of options, but the menu could benefit from more diverse offerings for other meals. Value for Money: 4/5 Given its prime location and the quality of service provided, Ibis Pattaya offers good value for money. It's a great choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Pattaya. Overall: 4/5 Ibis Pattaya is a solid option for travelers seeking convenience and comfort without breaking the bank. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in room size and dining options, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya for a short stay.

The hotel locates close to the walking street and the beautiful beach. There are a numbers of restaurants and massage shops you can choose to enjoy.

Regrettably, my experience at the hotel was marred by a notably uncomfortable bed, providing a sleep quality reminiscent of a wooden surface. Furthermore, the staff's lack of friendliness became apparent when seeking information about motorcycle rental; the response, claiming ignorance, starkly contrasted with the actual location of the rental service just opposite the hotel. These factors diminished the overall satisfaction of my stay.

This is a resort-style accommodation. There is a swimming pool in the center of the resort and accommodations surround it. It was really nice to wake up in the morning, lie down on a chair under the shade, and listen to music. Visitors come from a variety of people, including families, Chinese, French, etc. However, there is quite a bit of noise coming from the center of the pool, and the only privacy in the room is covered by a curtain, so some people may be concerned about that. But overall it's a good place and the staff are really friendly. I only stayed one day because of my schedule, but I wanted to stay for 2-3 more days. The location is good as it is located in the center of Soi 5. Please note that nearby Soi 6 is within a 5-minute walk, and there is a place nearby called Thip Buri that is really good at massage. Oil massage costs 450 baht per hour. I think the aroma was 650 baht.

The staffs are good. It's clean. There are small bottles of soap and shampoo. There is no hair dryer. There is a smart TV. But the downside is that the hotel's Wi-Fi can't connect to Netflix or YouTube. You have to use your own internet. I like the morning drink service and the food that you can choose. The drinks are delicious, but the rap depends on the person's preference. I personally feel that it is quite good value for money.

Hello, As every year we come to Thailand, this year we decided to try the Sunshine Hotel. I would like to thank the customer service manager, the reception and service staff at the hotel. Already in making the initial contact with the hotel before arrival, the response was quick and professional. Rooms: change of bed linen and cleaning of the rooms on a daily basis Restaurant: good food and excellent service. Service and reception staff: English speakers, pleasant and always ready to help. In conclusion: On my next trip to Thailand my choice is Hotel Sunshine Daniel
