The room is very clean but small. The location is superb. Their staff is also very professional and attentive to customers. Air con is noisy but very cool. No fridge, microwave, water bottle inside the room but it is okay, 7 eleven is just across the road. I think it is the best value hotel than this in Pattaya.

We love the location of the hotel. It has a swimming pool at 2nd floor. The toilet and shower were good. Bed was spacious and comfortable same with the air conditioning unit. Wifi is excellent. I just wish the staff can communicate in English. We had a hard time communicating with them but overall, the experience was so good. If I'd be back in Pattaya, I would still stay in this affordable hotel.

I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

The staffs are good. It's clean. There are small bottles of soap and shampoo. There is no hair dryer. There is a smart TV. But the downside is that the hotel's Wi-Fi can't connect to Netflix or YouTube. You have to use your own internet. I like the morning drink service and the food that you can choose. The drinks are delicious, but the rap depends on the person's preference. I personally feel that it is quite good value for money.

The first room’s air condition was broken after few hours later water was dropped which makes bad smell also. Then we requested to change room that room has big cockroach running from toilet 😫., anyway if u have low budget, good luck on this hotel 😂 When we went to tiger park/water park/ boat market was quite far away from hotel, so consider this! But right next to hotel has big mall so that was good!

05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

I were the first time met so ridiculous experience here. I stayed and paid for 2 night there. The first night I found no hot water for shower but the only staff there behaved rude and lie to me that all the room were same type of heater. After I found other room the heater was normal cos I were busy for my schedule and arrived late, so I didn’t get show for the both nights. The only staff there , a rude and cannot speak English that the profile didn’t mentioned, so she couldn’t answer anything except the payment . Once I arrived that told the staff would smoke in the balcony cos this is common to smoker to do at an open area. Smoke is not a crime, but we responsible not to disturb others only! The room was not a close setting, not use Central extraction system, it designed with 4 standard windows then with a glass door for the laundry balcony, so what the point they did it that I have no idea. More ridiculous, I went out from 9 to 9, once I back to this place, I still complaint no hot shower, she didn’t care but she suddenly forced to go into my room , shouted it have bad smell by smoking. Then she looked like caught a criminal that called the owner! Only intentionally fine 2000 Baht ... but the owner didn’t come to check the fact, he didn’t care why his staff has the right to go inside the room without my consent, only concern ask about the penalty ... I knew was difficult to communicate with this kind of persons. Non sense to respect to the guest. Their dirty eyes only thought about how much charge me even I told him , I have never smoke inside but they took balcony was inside the room! I don’t waste time to argue have I smoke inside or outside. I told people that the owner and this staff were invaded into the place which I have already paid and occupied. This obviously violation of the guest’s right. You only allowed to check once I check out that the place is belonged to you again. What the owner and this woman almost destroyed my holiday there. Very Bad location that nothing around, a few look dirty restaurant. No English staff to help foreigners, specially she was hostile toward the guest and alway show her terrible face. My experience was just paid a 5-6 USD you deserve to a very nice hotel with swimming pool , fitness and sauna. Pattaya was a very bad reputation toward tourist for a very long years, so I found the price of hotel were abnormally cheap, many of you probably can afford. However I will never back to this city anymore!

B2 Amata Nakorn Premier Hotel is maybe the best of B2 hotels, near to highway - 7 - and the old road. Go and see Lake- Grand Canyon . Great swimmingpool open to 22.00 and fitness . You need to eat outside or bring food to your room . BUT the best is the price around 600 Baht and it look likes a room fore 2000 Baht .

Next to Wannapha Beach, convenient for walking and looking for something to eat. The only disadvantage is the room that was attached. At the pile of old bottles next door. There was a bad smell and the room windows were not clean. Other than that, the room is wide. New air conditioner, cool, new blankets

Nice room but a bit outdated style. Located on Bypass - Panusnikom intersection. Suitable for long stay period as there' s a kitchen area. A convenient store ( Family mart ) is in front of the hotel. Wifi is not good. Japanese is a main target of this hotel as you can see everything translate into Japanese . They also have Japanese restaurant and ” Onsen ” in the hotel.

The mattress is very comfortable. The bed is very soul-sucking. I went to bed and didn't want to get up. Disadvantages: The shower bathroom is too high and cannot be adjusted. There is no elevator. Book through Trip. Call the hotel and request a 3rd floor. The staff will arrange it. Overall good, will go back again.

The small eateries around the hotel is quite good. Go walk around and explore. There is a shop across the street selling rice with dishes for lunch. For dinner there is a mookata and a hotpot nearby hotel that opens till late. Central plaza closes at 9pm. There is a statue of Phra Phrom in front of the hotel

A rather pleasant place to stay in Bang Saen. We stayed in the One bedroom apartment for 3 nights and the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with relatives. Both apartments are very nice, and clean, but very basic. They are both situated in a 6 story block located at the extreme end of the beach road. The views from the apartment are stunning, looking out over the long narrow fisherman's wharf. So easy to sit by the picture window and watch the world go by. The only problem with the location is that no local transport goes up or down to the hotel, although, the hotel does have a shuttle service to take customers to anywhere local, but you need a local phone to call him back. The breakfast is very limited, in fact, almost non existent, but there are several 7/11 shops nearby and a laundromat just 2 minutes walk away. All in all, not a bad place to stay, and the staff were very friendly. Sandy Stirling.
