I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

House prices are a bit expensive

Staff SUPER friendly, very helpful, even though I had booked 2 small rooms, we were upgraded to a double room with a connecting room for free! That gave us more space and was super practical for us as a family with three children. This was my second time there. I have hardly experienced a hotel with a better bed. The duvet is very pleasant and all the bed linen also seems very comfortable, we even looked for the brand so we could buy it ourselves. I slept very well, the pillow was not too high and not too low like in many other hotels. It was brilliant, especially since you are only 8 minutes from the airport. I can recommend it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit basic, as it's an older building. There are 6-7 steps up to the first floor, which can be quite inconvenient if you have luggage. Hygiene: Excellent hygiene, very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is bustling with businesses, and it's only 500 meters from the pedestrian street with many dining options. ASPAVA is highly recommended – just don't over-order, as they provide plenty of complimentary salads, snacks, yogurt soup, etc. Service: Hotel service is good, and the breakfast is a plentiful standard Turkish breakfast.

The hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money. However, there are several areas worth mentioning: - location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there - staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase - bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast, affordable price, near from touristic places

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the service staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel does not have a dedicated parking space, but the entire street in front can be parked on one side. There is also a five-story parking lot under the Grand Mosque opposite, which is very convenient. There is a snack stand in front of the hotel at night. A fried fish sandwich is only 100 lira, with a large piece of fish and a lot of vegetables. This is the cheapest but most delicious meal in Turkey.

Stayed here for a weekend due to work. Place was very clean, Hotel staff brings takeout food to your door. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean rooms

Check-in ibis Styles Ankara The overall experience is good. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the subway station and the city center, and it is convenient to travel. The front desk service is warm, the check-in is fast, and the staff is barrier-free in English. The room design is modern and simple, the space is moderate, the beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water is stable. The breakfast is medium in variety, but the quality is good, there are local specialties to try. The hotel is quiet overall and suitable for business or short-distance accommodation. The only small drawback is that there is no parking space and there are fewer dining options around. Overall, this is a cost-effective and comfortable city hotel, it is recommended.

Overall was a good experience, location is good, cleanliness was OK except the pillows under the pillowcase were yellow and doesn’t look very nice. Breakfast is OK. The sound isolation is terrible, it’s very probably you can wake up to noises from other rooms in the middle of the night. Also they start to clean rooms in the 8am and make noise while you are sleeping next door. But considering the overall quality in Ankara, I would prefer again.
