The hotel is nice, the location is nice but I couldn't go and smell it because of the weather conditions. The money is not refunded, it would be nice if it was. Other than that, the brand is nice.

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

We absolutely loved Yılmazhan Konağı!!!!. The best part of it are people who are running it: very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is beautiful—every detail feels thoughtful and cozy. Breakfast was perfect: fresh, delicious, and more than enough to start the day right. The location is very good—quiet and private, yet walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was completely renovated. The cleaning, breakfast and staff support were great. Because it is in the centre, you can walk to tourist points. If there is access at early and late entries, guests are flexible. Price service balance is very good.

大きな通りから少し離れていて静かな環境です。 オトガルや美術館へ行くバスが停まるバス停も徒歩10分以内で便利な場所でした。 お部屋もクラシックな雰囲気がよく、それでいて水回りやエアコンはしっかりしているので、とても快適に過ごせました。中庭で朝食摂ったり寛いだりできるのもとてもよかったです。 そして、スタッフのみなさんのおもてなしが温かく、本当に去り難いホテルでした。 またガズィアンテップに来るときにはぜひ泊まりたいです。

The hotel is in a quiet street, in the centre, but the vehicle doesn't go into the street. The ways for the baggage are bad for him:) I stayed in the bottom of the first night I was very cold, I was cold, the bathroom was like ice, I think they cut the calories to the morning. Then I moved up the day I was warm and it was easy to warm because it was smaller. I didn't want to take a cold shower in the bathrooms because it was a stone building.
