Сам отель хороший, но не понравилась плохая вентиляция в номерах. Кондиционер вроде работает, но в номера всегда влажно. Ничего не сохнет. Через какое-то время ощущается нехватка кислорода, но при этом фрамугу открыть не представляется возможность Хорошие завтраки, всего за 5$ Смешанные чувства

The location is amazing! It's right between Gates 11 and 12 on the departure level of Terminal E, with the front desk immediately inside. The room was clean and tidy. This is a perfect choice for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Downstairs, there's breakfast available and even a Subway. I really liked it here; it's incredibly convenient!

I was just passing through and needed a late check-in and an early morning check-out. I booked it for a few hours because it was discounted, and it turned out to be excellent. At first, I wasn't sure if the parking garage entrance was automatic, and it appeared closed, so I couldn't get in. Fortunately, another car arrived and entered, so I was able to follow them. The front desk area was lovely and clean, which made a great first impression. The room itself was very spacious, and I particularly liked that it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. Parking was free, and while they apparently offer breakfast, I wasn't able to enjoy it because of my early morning check-out. Even though it was a short stay, I had a very comfortable rest. Dear Sir or Madam. First I gave my credit card details for a deposit. In fact I was charged $50 and was told that the charge would be canceled within 3 days. Why is this done this way, it doesn't happen to me at other hotels! The food in the morning was poor, there were no vegetables or tuna, garlic, mayonnaise, and most of the food was not that healthy

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

You get a room key with your own name on it (which you can take home), and the shuttle bus keeps running until midnight! It runs approximately every 5-10 minutes, and even when it's crowded after the event, you can still get on the bus in about five minutes – awesome! 👍 Early check-in also got me a relatively large room – great! 👍 The room has a microwave, sink, full-length mirror, and a huge makeup mirror! I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😍

Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

A mi me encanta este hotel he ido otras veces y en esta lleve a mi familia pero lo único que nunca me ha gustado es que cae una gota de agua y te sacan de la piscina , incluso mi familia se quejó de lo mismo esta vez , solo por un aire que hizo ,nada de truenos y nos mandaron a salir ,y luego que uno se seca ya no dan ganas de entrar más .Ademas que me dijeron pagas 85 en el hotel y me cobraron 150 y nunca me devuelven .Yo tengo reservación de nuevo para agosto si no me devuelven esta vez no pienso ir más porque al final del día estoy pagando lo mismo que puedo pagar en otros .
