We checked in late at night, and the process was smooth and immediate. There was a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios in the morning, which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy the trip without worrying about parking. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was included, which was a great bonus. Considering the price, the overall quality was truly excellent.

Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough.
On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience.
Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers.

So all 3 morning the coffee was not working and on Sunday they had waffles but they were plugged in by an extension cord that kept coming undone
The rooms were blah, old for sure. Location excellent for Hollywood studios without staying on property.
If you are only sleeping and don't like coffee this is fine.
But I would not recommend the hotel if you planned to hang low for a day in between park hoping.
Amazing stay in hotel in reasonable price not far from all Orlando Parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal). Outstanding service at the reception - Klara will help you with everything to make your stay as great as possible.
The location is amazing! It's right between Gates 11 and 12 on the departure level of Terminal E, with the front desk immediately inside. The room was clean and tidy. This is a perfect choice for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Downstairs, there's breakfast available and even a Subway. I really liked it here; it's incredibly convenient!
We arrived Ft Lauderdale airport at 6:40pm, got pick up by Hôtel shuttle at 8pm. It takes more than 1hr 20mins for the driver to arrive, lucky he was very nice so we tipped. We have to crossed 5 lanes to opposite Subway store before 9pm for get our dinner. That night we pre book Uber for the next morning 1030am to Cruise terminal. It turned out cheaper than Hotel pre-book

Very big room and good location... About 10mins walk to the convention center so easy to move around and also have lots of restaurants around the area but try to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, cheap and good services. Good Food!
This app doesn't even provide water. There was nothing to drink there, there was enough for coffee but no water 🫠, it doesn't even include breakfast 🫤🫤🫤
Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.
EEvanFirstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below.
The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol
Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast.
The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening.
And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items.
Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!!
Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!

GGuest UserThere was a microwave in the food court, and the soda refill machine offered water and ice.
The water had no odor and was easy to drink.
There was a shuttle bus, which made access to the park easy, and it was a very well-equipped hotel for the price.
There was a Walgreens nearby, which was convenient for shopping for daily necessities, and there were also restaurants like IHOP near the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment, a good location, and good lobby service. The elevator was out of order, so I had to wait a long time to go downstairs. The hotel facilities are a bit old.
GGuest UserFirst off, I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Let's cover the great: Location is amazing. More than adequate available free parking that is well-lit and feels safe. Super helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hot water paired with great a great shower head. Air conditioning that actually works whether you're in the room or not. Across the street from a Wawa. Well kept maintenance. Hotel has WiFI. Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Orlando is built over swamps, so every hotel has insects, but this one seems to have the bug problem very well under control.
Let's cover the not-so-great: Sure, breakfast is free and features proteins, but you'll be thankful there's a Wawa across the street. The timing is very limited for the shuttles and Uber is only $6 or so each way to either Universal or Epic. You're paying $20 per day for that Wifi, shuttle you won't use, and breakfast you try on the first day and won't return for. Resort fees are like those locking nugnuts and other bribes you have to pay to buy a new car. They're obnoxious, but you're stuck with it.
Again, I'd definitely stay here again and the negatives are just being nitpicky. I just want to set the expectation that you will pay a bit more than you think, but it's still a great value that I highly recommend.
DDr RobertMy review is intended as constructive feedback and should be taken that way.
Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but once we got over a speed bump, everything was fine. I won't go into what happened exactly, but please NOTE: they do NOT accept cash for the deposit or payment. You must have a credit card.. Make sure your card works... and they don't seem to accept Union Pay cards. There isn't any drinkable water in the room, but there is a convenience store two buildings away - super convenient.
The rooms are clean. But, everything is old. The furniture could be quickly restored with some varnish to the furniture, and rustic rugs tossed on the wooden floors. They should consider adding their own line of soaps and hair care products for an element of care and elegance. It'd be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water, as well.
The free shuttle from the airport - go to blue baggage claim and go out one of the blue entry/exit points; either 1 or 2 - at the far ends of the baggage claim corridor. Look for a ”Veterans Limo” van. They come regularly. Just tell the driver where you're going.
Breakfast is great if you love carbs. Unfortunately, no proteins were served. I recommend just adding some scrambled or hard-boiled eggs or turkey bacon and cheeses. You should add more varieties of bagels and bread, as well - especially if you're going to stay carb-centric. Raisin bagels would've been nice.
Thanks for the waffles. Neat, but I would prefer an omlette station.
Overall, I will probably not stay here again, but only because there are so many other options to choose from.
Oh... No offense, but the front desk staff could use some training in customer service and customer care. A couple of them seem to be tired of guests and refer to guests as ”them” and ”they” with a tone of contempt. The staff seems to be falling into a horrible customer care death spiral of ”us” vs. ”them” and seeing ”them” as ”stupid.” Maybe have just a workshop to help staff reaffirm their commitment to the hospitality industry.
Competition won't go away, but customers will.
GGuest UserMy wife and I, my 60-year-old mother, and my 20-year-old sister stayed in the Cars Suite, a total of four of us.
There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so we were able to maintain a certain amount of privacy for each other and had a comfortable stay.
There was also a microwave, sink, small refrigerator, and coffee maker, so we were able to have breakfast in our room during our stay.
The shuttle bus to Disney World was convenient, and there were plenty of shops and food courts, making it the perfect place for a Disney vacation.
