The hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. It was also great that we could enjoy the complimentary hotel breakfast and evening social hour. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.

Guest UserOverall experience was really good... location is PERFECT! The hotel is nice and the room was exactly what I needed.
Two items that can (and should) be improved: 1) the front desk always seemed quite understaffed and guests had to wait around for their turn. 2) I was on a higher floor and the water pressure was bad (not even regular but bad) so I was really cold when showering and it took forever to wash my hair. This for me was quite uncomfortable cause I like a nice hot strong shower after walking +10 miles a day in cold weather.
All in all, I'd stay there again but would ask for a room with better water pressure.

My Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews
I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

Guest UserPool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

This hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.

Great location — very close to the airport, and the subway is right next door, so getting around is easy.
There’s a restaurant on the first floor that serves breakfast in the morning, and turns into a bar at night where you can grab a drink or have a casual dinner.

I had higher expectations from this place considering the price of the room. From pictures online before booking, it looked bigger. Room wasn't as spacious as thought it would. My biggest thing was how outdated a lot of the things looked inside. A mini boom box was there, super small fridge, tv with no option to Bluetooth or cast and the shower head was really gross and grimey including entry doorway to stand up shower. Looked like a $10 Walmart showerhead with little to no water pressure. Super Mini bottles are provided for showering so definitely take your own stuff overnight. Glad I got the standard room as it would be an indicator of me going back and getting a pool included one which is neat $600. The cabinets were dusty, buttons to lights had a broken one and were in a really odd spot right where you sleep and lay your head at. Best part honestly was the front desk service she was super nice and the jacuzzi was ok. Bed sheets were decent and bed was comfortable but felt like I was sinking in some spots probably needing replacement soon too. By the time I had checked into it was late and no use of asking for change but hindsight wish I would've.

iDon’t be in a hurry for the shower because it takes at least 10 minutes for the hot water to come.
i’ll go to Hyatt, at least by name, that’s worth the similarity ends. Appreciate the complementary breakfast. I don’t remember paying for it, but it was about the quality of a Days Inn.
O’Hare shuttle was prompt and courteous. The front desk would’ve been better if people in front of me weren’t clueless.
all in all the room was modern, big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
not sure I’d stay there again but I’m in need of an accommodation near O’hare about four times a year.
