Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!
The rooms are very quiet, rare in this place in Lexington, the air conditioning sound is very small, the fountain in the lobby is beautiful, the service is good, the business travel is good, the temporary booking price is high. Everything else is fine! Breakfast is also good
There is a coat room, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.
Breakfast 3-4 types of bread, no vegetables, simple dishes such as steamed eggs, there is a shuttle bus shuttle, leaving early that morning to leave, too late for breakfast, the front desk will prepare a simple breakfast for you to bring Water, fruit, oatmeal, very thoughtful.
We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.
The hotel was gorgeous. The river view rooms were awesome and roomy. The indoor pool with the glass windows and fire pits outside were amazing as well as the Staff and the restaurant/bar!
I was a little worried before I checked in, but it was actually far beyond expectations. The location is in the city center, the suite room on the 8th floor is large, the facilities are not old, the bed is OK, very quiet, and the wifi is not bad. Stayed for six nights, the first 4 days were cleaned every day, and the overall was very clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming, free coffee, tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby every day, and popcorn on weekends. There are ten varieties of breakfast every day, including fruit yogurt, which is not limited, and coffee is also available. The convenience store in the gas station opposite the road downstairs is cheap. The pizza restaurant behind the convenience store is delicious. It is five or six hundred meters walk from the Brazilian restaurant seafood restaurant in the city center. So overall the price is super high.
This was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!
The environment is very good and clean. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. The price-performance ratio is very high!

MMareaHarrisNICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG
ZZHIGUOLocated in the small town of Paducah, in the heart of the United States, near the river on the Mississippi River, the hotel is overlooked by the Ohio River. The hotel is located in Kentucky, across the river from Illinois. The hotel is very clean and the town is quiet and suitable for rest. The only thing that is not very convenient is that there is no place to shop or eat near the hotel, and the food at the hotel is very simple.
YYUBreakfast in general, old facilities, near the airport, free parking, the front desk staff is not enthusiastic, the price is not high, can live a night can still endure, Cincinnati's consumption is relatively high

GGuest UserVery nice room and very good service. I booked the wrong room apparently but the front desk worker Josh new what I was looking for (cause we had called before booking online ) and he left a note for them to keep that room available for us for when we arrived . Appreciated the extra step . ❤️
SShawn CruzeI was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away.
That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room.
We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out.
When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay.
Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent .

GGuest UserWe had above excellent service. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and nice. The sheets on the bed were so clean and crisp that you could smell the freshness. Breakfast was also great. This will be our choice of stay when coming in for the holidays to visit family.
GGuest Userthe bathroom floor is heaved up. the cold water knob leaks when you turn the hot on. the tub drain can't keep up with the shower water so you syand in water.
