The room is OK, near the airport, there is a shuttle bus, you need to call the front desk to confirm the flight company, Delta, United ~ every half an hour.
Great experience.
Staff is great.
Clean resort.
In room tub needs more attention during cleaning.
Breakfast is great.
The pool spa was great.
Room cleaning need more attention.
The overall environment is relatively old, there are many car photos on the wall, and the elves at the entrance of the restaurant are still a bit creepy. The traffic is very convenient, very close to Ford Village, but unfortunately I don't have much time to go to Ford Village this time.
Stayed for one night when I was transferred. The hotel has an airport shuttle bus. You need to call the front desk to pick up the phone and wait at the bus pick-up dock. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. As a transit hotel, the price is OK.
Our one night at the Sleep Inn was wonderful. We loved the beds and bedding. The TV was large, bright and had a good cable package. Shower was exceptional! Breakfast room was cozy and offered an outside patio which overlooked the East Bay. We felt the value offered in this price range was exceptional.
The front desk is very welcoming, there are many breakfast options, I feel that the United States Holiday Inn is carved out of a mold, and the facilities and layout are the same. There is also a free shuttle bus to the surrounding three kilometers.
For an older hotel the room was nice and clean. Two free bottles of water. For the price it was a good place to stay. The only thing that was bad was the low water pressure in the shower and no hair dryer. Breakfast was good.
Uber was about 5 minutes/13 dollars away, so the shuttle was not used
The female staff were very friendly.
The building was old, but it was well maintained, clean, no bugs at all, and there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The air conditioner and ventilation facilities work well, and it was very cheap to sell drinks and water for 1.5 dollars on vending machines in the hallway. Cool water is also sold at the front desk. There was almost everything I needed.
The water pressure in the shower is not weak, but the water pressure in the toilet is weak, except that the water has to be dropped twice, everything is fine. The street lights around the building were bright all night and there were 24-hour facilities such as McDonald's around, so the security was good. Satisfied.
SSamitraThe room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.

GGuest Userthree main issues with my stay.
1) the shower was ridiculous - it literally took fifteen minutes to get anything like warm water coming out of the shower. I was lucky because I had time - if i was there for business and pressed to get out to a meeting, I would have been very upset. On the day I left, I was able to do my packing and tidy the room in the time it took for the water to run hot. Total waste of water
2) the closet had broken hinges on the door - not a huge issue, but generally made the room feel unloved and not cared for. Very simple maintenance could fix it, but no one cared enough to fix. Shows a lack of quality control for the customer experience
3) the walls were very thin - i could hear my neighbor come back at 2:45 am, play music on their phone, run the shower and then partake in some amorous night time activities through the wall.
in general the location is good, service from the front desk and the housekeeping was good, parking is convenient
GGuest UserIt was a decent hotel. I arrived late at night and the front entrance was a little dark and a bit non-descript. Check in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. I was disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub weren't available and were under renovations. I didn't see anything posted on the website about that and honestly would have gone elsewhere had I known.
The room was fine. There was a big empty space where there could have been an armchair like most hotel rooms have. The bathroom needs a bit of work to be updated. It reminded me of a motel bathroom.
The breakfast was good. There wasn't much of a buffet. It was just a step up from a Continental breakfast, but it was tasty at least.
The location was good, right off the highway, and as a solo traveller I felt relatively safe. Overall I'd probably stay again since it was inexpensive as long as the pool and hot tub are functional. But probably only for a single night.
GGuest UserService was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.
GGuest UserThe size of the room and the offered amenities within it (stove, fridge, kitchen towels, etc) were wonderful. However, the couch cushions had debris and dog hair on them. In the corners and along the baseboards in the room and in the hallway, there was debris and dust. When you allow dogs to stay at your hotel or have made renovations, you have to increase the cleaning effort. And there waa staff assigned to the front desk; however if the staff had to step away, there was no way to alert them of your presence. Not even a simple bell. The staff was extremely friendly, I just needed to figure out how to let them know that I arrived abd required assistance.
JJUNHotel location is good, 15 minutes drive to the University of Michigan, there is a mall around 1 km, there are restaurants, and supermarkets, where the noodle world and Mexican food are good, the front parking lot is free, the breakfast is simple American, can eat. The hotel is cleaned.
