Not bad, regular breakfast, staying for one night on the trip, it is also very convenient, not far from the highway, convenient to travel. A big bed with a child to sleep can be said to be more crowded.

A great experience. During the first half of the week, Carol was just a sweetheart. Every morning she would tell us about what was for breakfast. Then she’d want to know what we were getting into each day.
The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the room and the hotel clean.
The hotel was close to gas stations, museums and other facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Montana.
Thanks for being genuine good folks.

I love staying here. Marty helped me get a room next to the pool (my sons love that) and everyone is always pleasant and kind. My rooms have been clean and well stocked. Their little shop is ever so helpful for any forgotten toiletries or needed late night snacks. The room next to mine had an infant and I never heard a thing until I went out into the hall and their door was open. Temp in the room is easy to regulate. I love being able to walk to some of the tastiest restaurants and the shops in the gulch are a short stroll away. All in all, I love this hotel.

The room is old, very old, the bedding is still good, the restaurant is too small, you have to queue, the food is also general, you can live for a day, the city is neatly arranged, the waterfall is not a plump water period, not good-looking, find Vietnamese powder, delicious

Very good stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and the room comfortable.
The only downside: the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived (a few hairs left in the shower). Too bad, because everything else was spotless.

GGuest UserI watched this place be constructed so I was excited about our stay knowing it was brand new. The front lobby was clean. The check in clerk was nice but seemed very spacey to put it nicely. I was able to get an extra pillow and blanket. They is a decent area of sun dries on site. Our room was nice. Clean for the most part. Show may have been skipped in last cleaning. Our room was ADA and the mattress would fall thru the frame whenever my husband got into bed. We expressed this concern when checking out because it could hurt someone if they were actually handicapped. We just got the room because it was last available. She didn’t seem that concerned. So who knows. But it’s right on main. Near mall and lots of shopping and eateries. Not too far from downtown Bozeman. It’s great to have a kitchen to save more on food. The gym was nice. Small but clean. I would stay again just because of its location and the kitchen.

JJiangnanlaodoufuThe conditions in West Yellowstone are absolutely ok. It’s unique and don’t even think about the service. There are Chinese and Western food nearby. It’s very convenient to see wolves and bears. Just go to McDonald’s for breakfast.

Service: The front desk and restaurant have a good service attitude, there is free coffee in the lobby, hot food for breakfast, fruit, not many varieties but enough to eat, 5-6 there is free happy hour.

The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

GGuest UserThe Chalet is up on a little hill above the restaurant building. Since both hotel and restaurant are historic buildings, there is no elevator inside the hotel I am aware of, the stairs may be difficult for some people. Inside or around the hotel, there is no cell signal, so on the day the hotel lost the WiFi due to a chewed up cable, I had to walk about 10min out to the village shops for cell signal. Staff are very friendly there. Food at the restaurant were great, but they only open for dinner. Totally enjoy my stay there

GGuest UserThis was the perfect place to stay while visiting Bigfork for a wedding. The location is amazing!!- walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, but quiet and secluded with lush landscaping and the river flowing throuh the back of the property. The 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds was so cute, clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious. Front desk attendants were so helpful and even let us do a load of laundry in the office since our unit did not have a washer/dryer. Highly recommend staying here!! 10/10!!

GGracedududuSuch a nice stay in Yellow Stone. The hotel located in the small town of west entrance of yellow stone national park, 5 minutes driving to the entrance. The hotel is featuring its cute Buffalo 🦬 mascot and special decorations. Meanwhile the warm and hot and hand-made breakfast is definitely a great comfort to travelers. Will book again if coming next time😍
