Booked at the morning of check in day. I made 2 different bookings and it felt like the hotel is almost fully booked. They haven’t asked me for a deposit as it was fully paid.
When I lived at the second floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. Sometimes there are plain around, but the noise is ok. But when I was on the first floor, the neighbors above were a bit noisy. Anyways, It’s always a great idea to have ear plugs with you.
The hotel is sweet. Location is comfy to get by bus from the airport, but there’s no bus to the strip. So it took 20-30 mins to walk there. There’re stores and restaurants war the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Can’t complain!
The location is great, right on Fremont street and the hotel has free parking. Our room was in the new tower which was recently redone, but still quite basic accommodation. It included fridge and safe.
The room was smoke free, but you enter the hotel lift through the casino floor, which has a lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars.
The biggest downside was the noise. Even though we were on the 6th floor and on the side of the street, you could hear the insanely loud bass and music from the street until 2am which made it difficult to sleep.
This was a highly satisfying stay for my business trip.
Location and Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the company I needed to visit and the subway station. There are also many casual dining options and cafes nearby, which is convenient for business meals or quick bites, significantly cutting down on my commute time.
Environment and Facilities: The lobby has a dedicated business area, and check-in was efficient. The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft yet bright lighting, and fast internet, making it perfect for working on documents and video conferences. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night of quality sleep.
Service and Details: The staff were very professional. During check-out, they proactively asked if I needed an invoice and an itemized receipt. Room service was prompt; extra bottled water and ironing services were delivered quickly. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with plenty of choices, ensuring a hearty and good start to the day.
Overall, this hotel excels at meeting core business travel needs, with well-equipped facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to this area.
This hotel is located in a great location in downtown Las Vegas.
It's an old hotel, but it was clean.
When I was in the room, I couldn't hear any noise and it was quiet.

Everything was good except the facilities, which are a bit old. However, it's very close to everything and within walking distance. The hotel itself is huge, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance. The room size was also a bit small.
When staying at HeiMei Homestay, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer.
At this homestay, you'll also find facilities including a bbq, garden, and tea room. For extra convenience laundry service (on-site) are available at the property as well.
Parking is available at the property.
I really like this place. Lots of things to do. It’s outside of the city so very easy to navigate and the freeway is literally less than 1/2 mile away.
It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!!
It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!!
You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!!
BUT!
ROOM INFO!
My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan.
It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK.
It did NOT have a microwave.
MY SHOWER:
(1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!!
OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!!
THanks!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and casino and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!
I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special. From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.
I liked the very spacious rooms with a full kitchen area, however the property is quite outdated and the hotel could use some renovation. Having said that it was OK for the price if you are travelling and need a hotel for 1 night in a quieter area of Las Vegas. There's also a casino just opposite and free parking which was a big advantage.
The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
Made my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.
GGuest UserIt was very convenient—I could walk to the Bellagio in just 20 minutes, and the CX bus station was very close to the hotel. There was also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was another great point.
AAnonymous UserIt's a new hotel with professional management. Check in, check out were fast. Room were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I really love the omelette and waffles station. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the north premium outlet.
The Grandview at Las Vegas: A Home Away From Home for Families Staying at The Grandview at Las Vegas was a truly wonderful experience for our family. The first thing that stood out was the incredible amount of space. Our suite was more than just a hotel room; it was a roomy, two-bedroom condo, complete with a full kitchen and a comfortable living area. This setup was an absolute lifesaver, giving everyone in the family space to relax and spread out without feeling cramped. The kids loved having their own room, and we appreciated the ability to cook our own meals, which made our trip feel less like a vacation and more like a true home away from home. The hotel's focus on family-friendly amenities is evident everywhere you look. From the multiple outdoor pools with waterfalls to the mini-golf course and the arcade, there was always something to keep the kids entertained. It was fantastic to see so many other families enjoying the communal areas, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The pools in particular were a huge hit, offering a fun escape from the Las Vegas heat that everyone could enjoy. Finally, the service was consistently exceptional, starting from the moment we checked in. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer our questions and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. Their positive and professional attitude really set the tone for our entire stay. The combination of a friendly staff, spacious accommodations, and great family activities makes The Grandview at Las Vegas a perfect choice for anyone traveling with children.
