The hotel offers a free shuttle service, but it's quite a distance from the airport. The room size is decent, and the bed is comfortable, though the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.

I extended my stay at this hotel as the remodeling of the hotel didn't create any issue to me, for the price I paid, no complain for what I got, so if my recommendation is book it, if the price is right, no hidden surprises, nothing fancy, but a night of descent sleep....

✅ The surrounding environment is great. There is a small lake nearby, very close to Princeton. 40 years ago, it was Merrill Lynch headquarters, and later it was a bridge between the hotels of Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express connecting the two. The hotel is being renovated so we're moved to the Crown side. The facilities are old, but the environment has nothing to say. Parking is free. Room space is abundant.

Hygienic: Objectively speaking, the room is very clean, there is no obvious smell and stains, etc., the front desk brother is also very cold and asked him for quilts and tableware to solve it quickly. Environment: But I don't know if it is because it is on the first floor. The especially wet carpets are semi-wet. The quilt is also moist. The sound insulation is particularly poor. There are requirements for sound insulation.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall next to it. There is a ** uncle shopping supermarket not far away. It is very convenient to reach Princeton University. It is about four or five kilometers away. It is also very convenient for breakfast. The stay is quite comfortable, but it is a little bit old. Overall, the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Princeton is really good. So beautiful

The staff's demeanor was somewhat unfriendly. Security personnel visited our door, requesting that we minimize noise, even though we were not loud to begin with. We perceived that staff members were unjustly picking on us and attempting to find reasons for additional charges. Unfortunately, racial bias seemed to be a contributing factor.

Breakfast is very good, the front desk service is good, the room space is also very large.

The location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.

What a truly nice experience ! They are so helpful and friendly and the rooms were really nice. Loved how close it is to a great coffee shop in Cranford too. Will stay there again for sure !
