The breakfast was great. The room was decent however, it was not the suite I booked, but luckily the support team at Trip.com were extremely helpful and understanding.

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. The room was nice, but we booked two nights and arrived one day late due to a flight delay. The front desk said it was sold out for two days, which was equivalent to wasting money. Fortunately, Ctrip officially solved the problem

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Museum, Providence City Center, train station and more. We booked a view room that is really a veritable ”room with a view”. Every day, we can watch the morning light, the sunset, the birds fly, and the cargo ship enters and exits the port... The hotel faces India Point Park and you can take a fitness walk. The items provided in the room are very useful, the American breakfast is solid, there are restaurants and bars in the hotel, but we may not be open because there are not many guests during our stay, the restaurant is open or not.

The hotel I found near the school was very big. I forgot my luggage when I left. Fortunately, the staff called to remind the hotel and the message communication between Trip.com was very timely. 👍

Facilities are OK, the environment is good

I had the most dissatisfying stay recently at the Hampton Inn in Smithfield RI. This was a one night local getaway for me to have a little alone time, to get some work done, and to relax. I have often stayed at Hiltons but not at the particular location. Right off the bat I found the desk person to be grumpy, short with me, and unfriendly, Not to mention that when I arrived I had to wait for him at the desk as he was outside, Once settled in my room the wifi was inaccessible. I tried several times and there just wasn't a strong enough signal for my computer to hook in. Not only was this disappointing but it didn't allow me to get the work done that I had planned on doing. The room above me sounded like a bowling alley all night long so sleep wasn't possible. In the morning the tv no longer worked, Seemed to possible be a bug with the clocks falling behind or something. Then, when leaving, there wasn't even anyone at the desk to speak with - just a box to put in your plastic room key for disinfecting. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I won't be returning,

The safety of Marriott's accommodation is guaranteed, but the room facilities are relatively old.

We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.

Very new hotel, close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the lights in the toilets and corridors are voice-activated. There are many hotels in the surrounding area, so it is inevitable that the new hotel is not popular, and the breakfast is slightly simple.
