3-Star Hotels in Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan

The location is excellent, right by the Labi Hovuz pool. The area around it is very lively with many restaurants, and it's convenient to walk to the Trading Domes where there are lots of shopping opportunities. The staff are friendly, and there was even a very cute young boy who helped us with our luggage. You can't expect too much from the facilities given the old town's architecture; the room is a bit small. Personally, I'd suggest adding a shower curtain to the bathroom to prevent water from splashing onto the floor.

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I had to wait a long time to check in when I arrived, possibly because I booked that same evening and the hotel hadn't updated the order yet. I had booked a city view room, but was told the hotel's order was for a courtyard view, and that city view rooms were no longer available. The hotel offered to let me switch rooms the next day, but I decided against it as I didn't want to go through the hassle again. Later, the owner waived the laundry service fee for me. The next day, they asked for my passport again, saying they forgot to register it during check-in the day before. It really made me wonder what the front desk staff was doing during check-in that night. The owner, however, was quite polite and had a good attitude. The courtyard view room lacked privacy; I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The room itself was mostly fine, but the bathroom's exhaust fan might be too close to the kitchen's range hood exhaust, as I could smell cooking fumes from breakfast in the bathroom in the mornings. Breakfast was just so-so. It started at 8 AM, and by a little after 9 AM, some dishes were almost gone. For example, there were only two fried eggs left, perhaps they weren't refilled promptly. While breakfast was filling, the variety and taste weren't as good as breakfasts at similarly priced hotels in China, so don't set your expectations too high. The figs, though, were good and sweet. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse. If you're looking for more professional service and more facilities, a chain hotel would be a better fit. But if you're looking for value for money, it's sufficient for a quick stopover.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean, but no slippers or conditioner were provided. The hotel is located in the old town, a 15-minute walk from attractions and slightly closer to good restaurants. Be aware that the roads are quite narrow with many turns and a lot of traffic, so drivers may need time to find their way; it is recommended to walk out a bit or hail a taxi from the main street.

The front desk staff were excellent, very patiently helping me choose a satisfactory room. Their English was fluent. The breakfast coffee was delicious, and there was a wide variety of food. The location was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bukhara, and I highly recommend it to friends.

Hotel Iman is located about 500 meters from the Four Towers Mosque and is also very close to the main attractions in the old town, with easy access by taxi. A line of tour buses is often parked outside, which seems to be a drop-off point for tourists since vehicles are prohibited in parts of the old town. The room is a bit small, but the facilities are complete and it's reasonably clean. The breakfast is delicious and quite extensive, giving it a true backpacker hostel vibe. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, but being an older building, the toilet flushing was a bit sluggish.

The front desk staff were extremely polite and attentive. The hotel's design is very unique, and because it's a smaller hotel with fewer rooms, the front desk remembers every guest. Breakfast is even prepared and placed on the table for guests, with tea, coffee, and juice available for self-service. At first, I thought it would be hot in the atrium, but it turns out the atrium has a roof and the morning temperature was quite comfortable.

Good breakfast, and the rooftop terrace is a great idea. We spent late evenings there with our own wine and melon, with the whole kitchen at our disposal (glasses, corkscrew, tea, knives, and plates). I'd also like to highlight the excellent shower with good water pressure and the fresh room.

I really loved the people – they were so friendly and helpful! 😄 The lunch was hearty: tandoor samsa, seasonal fruits, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, and more. The room was clean, and the bed and linen were just what I needed. True, there's no daily cleaning, but that information was provided during booking. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the main tourist center, and along the way, you can really get a feel for the life of ancient Bukhara. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. For a not-too-demanding tourist, this hotel is perfectly suitable. I recommend it!

Good mini hotel, friendly administrators. A minking happened, it is not clear for whom reason, but it is all ruined. There are breakfasts, cooking cashes, eggs, standard sausage cutting, east sweets, tea/coffee. If you stay at 2-3 night will not be tired if more, a lot of places where you can eat and even drink delicious coffee. The street is a little noisy, with a sensitive sleep. The mattress is as tough as everywhere in Uzbekistan. The fen is not in every room, but on request brought, hm, former. In general, everything was nice, I recommend. Not expensive and pleasant. If you buy the cheapest fans for all rooms and sleep pepper in the peppers, there will be 11 out of 10.
